Chapter 1 (Our introduction)

Haliath stood in front of school searching for a perfect song that would fit the day's event, finally she got it, she plugged the earpiece and smiled listening to her favourite music 'thunder by imagine dragon', just then someone held her waist and hugged her from behind, she was almost shocked but smiled when she saw who the person was, they both smiled at each other

"First day of school for a new class, nd you wanna go late hun?" Anthony said and Haliath turned to the direction the voice came from

"Swiss....." Haliath said and smiled at the look Swiss gave her before hugging "I missed you"

"Really?" Swiss said and they both laughed

"Hi"

"Hi" Swiss said returning the greeting, Haliath observed Anthony and Swiss

"Don't tell me you two are still fighting?" Swiss and Anthony looked away

"I'm not fighting with her..... I can't" Anthony said taking a glance at Swiss who did the same, but they both looked away almost immediately

"And you Swiss?" Swiss looked at Haliath

"I'm fine" Swiss said and looked at Anthony "at least Yann said he felt the same way"

"See?" Haliath said in an agreement tone and looked "at least his......." Haliath said referring to her boyfriend Anthony "mistakes brought you and your love together" Swiss nodded reluctantly, Anthony spread out his hand for a hug and Swiss smiled and cubed in, he rapped his hand round her and whispered to her ear

"You know I care alot about you?"Swiss nodded, they released each other and smiled, he looked behind Swiss and saw Yann running towards them "your boo's here" Swiss turned happily, Yann ran and hugged her tight, he released her smiling.

"I missed you"

"Ohhhhhhhh"Anthony and Haliath hyped

"I missed you too" Swiss said blushing, Yann turned to Shake Haliath's hand and Shaked her, she smiled and they released eachother

"Hey man" Anthony and Yann said in union coldly

"Oh come on" Haliath said frustratedly, Swiss looked at Yann who did same

"I reconciled with him....I'm ok" Yann smiled and Shaked hands with Anthony, Anthony dragged him to himself and hugged him

"You know I've always hated you?" Yann said as they both laughed

"I hate you more" Anthony said

"Finally" Haliath said "can we go inside school now?.... we're getting late" Anthony smiled and rapped his hand round Haliath's neck as they smiled, Yann did same to Swiss

"Don't you feel so different?..." Swiss asked Yann as they walked inside school "I mean..... you're the only white person among us"

"Isn't that one of the reasons you fell for me?" they all laughed.

Haliath, Anthony, Swiss and Yann were good friends, they had known eachother since grade2, Haliath was the only average and very young person among them but it wasn't obvious, she was just one class behind them, the rest were rich, Anthony was the wealthiest, his father made him run one of his company when he started high school and he was really good at it, he had a house across school and himself and Haliath started dating from high school, Yann and Swiss started dating after Anthony told Yann how Swiss felt about him, one year after he and Haliath started dating.

They all went to a black school, Yann said his father told him to go to another school but he didn't want to, so he came there as substitute.

Yann was a white fine guy known for his long blonde, he caught the attention of the girls because of his long blonde hair, while Anthony was a handsome chocolate in complexion guy, he had a very long dark hair that Haliath usually played with, he smiled at every given opportunity and didn't get angry easily, Swiss and Haliath were both very pretty girls, they both had very good shape, and they were also both tall this was one reason why Haliath didn't look her age, the four were a park in school, all of them except Haliath had just one year before they went to college and the best part was that they were all intelligent, Yann was the most intelligent followed by Anthony then Haliath and Swiss. They all lived a free life except for Haliath who had a night shift at a bar the rest usually visited.

" Ya, bye" Anthony said to Yann and Swiss who went to eat in the cafeteria, they had just finished science class and Anthony supposed Haliath had finished class. Anthony ran inside the class, he looked at Haliath seat and saw her there, he was so happy that she has not gone to the cafeteria, but as he walked to her, he noticed that she looked weary and tired, she was copying her note, he sat on the seat at her front and faced her "what's up?" Haliath looked at him and gave a weak smile, he frowned

"What's up......."

"I was the one who asked already, so you're the one to answer"

"I'm fine" Anthony became concerned, he held Haliath's hand and removed the book "I need to........." Haliath's tried taking the note back but Anthony put it in the table front of him, Haliath sighed and sat back, hands on the table, Anthony held her two hand, he became serious

"What's wrong?"he asked

"I'm fine" Haliath replied

"You know I don't like it when you lie to me" Haliath looked at him, he walked by her side and squatted

"I'm hungry...."

"Come on" he said frustratedly

"I didn't eat yesterday.....nd I....."

"Stop, stop, stop....pls stop" Anthony said, he stood up and raised her to himself "You know I don't like it when you complain about cheap stuffs like this"

"I didn't wanna disturb you"

"No one except you complained......" Anthony said as he held her hand outside to the cafeteria, he turned to her "nd you know I have the money to take care of you" Haliath sighed and looked away, Anthony held her face to face him "I'm yours, nd you're mine...what belongs to me is yours....you should know that by now" Haliath smiled and nodded, "now shall go eat....I'll feed you" Haliath laughed and they both entered the cafeteria, they sat with Yann and Swiss and ate from the same plate.
