They had spent three months in school and they were done with tests, Haliath felt happy because she was certain about her passing, but Anthony was not too sure and so was very sad.
Haliath, Yann and Swiss searched for Anthony everywhere around the school, Haliath had started sobbing, she ran around and finally entered the dance hall at the school's last building, she saw Anthony and screamed at Yann and Swiss to come see him, then she ran to him at the last sit at the top and sat by him, Anthony looked away
"Antho......" Haliath exhaled to calm down from all the running "Anthony, Anthony what's wrong?" Haliath asked in a crying tone, he looked away and wiped his tears "Anthony pls tell me" Yann and Swiss ran in and went to meet them, they sat in front of Haliath and Anthony
"Man, what's going on?" Yann asked
"Anthony, you're alright?" Swiss asked
"I'm fine" Anthony said and immediately stopped then looked at the ceiling to stop himself from tearing up
"You're not ....." Yann said, Haliath just stared at Anthony with teary eyes "do you know how long we've been looking for....you......we all were so worried.....we even almost reported you missing"
"I'm fine" he looked at Yann and Swiss but not at Haliath, he could feel her gaze and look away
"If you're truely fine.......you wouldn't have come here......nd even if you did....." Swiss picked Anthony's phone from the table
"You could have picked our calls...... Haliath was worried sick" Anthony looked at Swiss and then away, Haliath looked around and stood up, she wiped her tears
"At least he's fine....I'll go" Haliath said and was to leave, just then Anthony held her hand, Haliath turned and looked at him, immediately their eyes meet Anthony let go of her hand and looked away, he wiped his tears and tried stoping it "should I leave?....you can tell me if you need some space, Anthony looked at her and let the tears flow freely, Haliath in concern sat back "so?" Anthony cleared his throat and sighed
"I.....l failed this test" Anthony said and burst into tears, Haliath and the rest were surprised and confused also, Anthony wept "I was caught with a phone"
"What? How?" Haliath was surprised than the rest, she knew Anthony was not like that, she knew he was too intelligent to do such thing
"I don't know......" Anthony cried profusely " now mrs principal.... She said that's what I do to get good grades....."
"That's not true"
"And she said she'd cancel all my test papers"
"What?"everyone said except Haliath who was now crying silently, and Anthony who cried aloud
"She says she'll tell my....." Haliath and Swiss covered their mouth with their hand "dad" Anthony rested his head on the desk and cried harder "I'm so scared......my dad will have me beaten by those bouncers of hes... those scary bouncers"Anthony repeated, Haliath rested on his back, hugging him and consoling him, he stopped crying and just sobbed, then Yann and Swiss consoled him too, not too long, Anthony had stopped crying he raised his head, turned to Haliath who had now stopped crying also and hugged her, he closed his eyes and the rest pat his back.

Haliath stared intensively at Mrs principal as they called her, she always worked and never had time for marriage or family, students and some teachers used it to identify her, but not tho her face, they called her ma'am when she was around, Mrs principal saw Haliath as a good girl, although she hated the fact that she was poor yet always seen around the rich ones in school, Haliath smiled, her legs felt weak from standing but she managed, Mrs principal looked at Haliath
