Kiara's POV:

It has been three days since I met JJ at the beach. I know what I'm doing is awful but trust me. I have a reason for it. I had another appointment and Cole went with me. He was on his phone almost the entire time.

The lady doing the ultrasound was the same lady I've had since day one. She asked Cole to leave the room since he was on his phone and there were no phones allowed. Cole just got up and left.

She looked at me and said, "I know this isn't any of my business who the baby daddy is but the guy you had with you before seems much more interested in the wellbeing of you and the baby"

I didn't know what to say. So I just said nothing. She told me the baby looked healthy still. I was still getting the cramping which wasn't good but they were monitoring it.

I left the doctor and Cole was pissed. He said the lady was such a bitch for kicking him out.

"You could act like you care and get off your fucking phone" I said annoyed with him

He was upset that we pushed the wedding date back due to the baby and the accident. We got home and Cole said, "Hey, I've been meaning to tell you that I got a huge promotion at work"

"Congrats, baby! I'm so proud of you!" I said hugging him

"Thank you! Only thing is that it is in Arizona. So we'll have to move there in a few weeks"

"I can't move to Arizona. My family and friends are here"

"But you lived in California without them. You'll have me and we will get to make new friends and start our life there together with our child" Cole smiled at me

"Cole.... I can't leave now matter how much I want to. I need my friends close when this baby comes" I said

"Why?"

"I'm not having this fight with you right now" I said walking out the door and driving to the chateau

I arrived and everyone was outside around the fire.

"How's the baby?" JJ immediately asked

"The same, okay for now. I'm just cramping a lot and that's not good"

"Cole wants me to move to Arizona with him for his work promotion" I blurted out to everyone

"You can't move across the country" JJ said right away

"JJ, that's her decision to make" Pope said

"I really don't want you to leave. Can you at least stay until the baby is born?" Sarah asked

"I don't want to go" I said

"But you'll have to because you're getting married and having a baby with Cole" Cleo reminded me

JJ went inside and he brought out a comfy chair for me and a blanket.

All night long, he was taking care of me. He would get me water, food, and always check to make sure I was okay.

"Kie, are you spending the night?" Sarah asked

I decided to spend the night and JJ gave me the guest room. He was sleeping on the couch and he came in after everyone was asleep and he sat down on the bed.

"Kie" He whispered

"What?" I asked half asleep

"Are you really going to move to Arizona?"

"I don't want to and I'm going to do everything I can not to move but with this legal battle now, I might have to" I answered honestly

"We should have told them as soon as we found out" JJ said and he sounded like he was fighting back tears
