"Drinks?" Princess Ari echoed listlessly. She watched Seungcheol get on his feet, light as ever with an excited look on his face, heading over to the kitchen area.

"Come on. Follow me." The First Prince was childlike, Ari discovered as she abandoned the game they were playing before and stood up to follow him. He was like a five-year-old on his way to the toy store, high in spirits and looking forward to something, "There's a place I want you to see."

Ari had already seen all that there was to know about the kitchen. She rummaged through the drawers for plates and spoons, for ingredients abound. As Seungcheol led the way to the kitchen, she grew suspicious of his plan. What was he thinking truly? She wondered when she bumped into his broad back. "Hey, why'd you suddenly stop—"

She leaned forward wanting to stop his ruse with a few words of her own when she noticed Seungcheol mess with the security keypad. "What are you doing?" Ari asked brows furrowed in confusion. But the Prince was busy pressing the buttons on the board.

She watched him enter the code before confirming it. "Remember it," Seungcheol gave her a knowing smile, "Prepare to be surprised." Pressing the green button at the end, Ari nearly jumped at the small click that sounded throughout the house. The space under the table where she'd been cooking before opened up, the floor diving giving leeway to a small trapdoor underneath the floor.

James Bond movies flashed in front of her eyes as she watched it happen with an open mouth. "What in the world?"

Seungcheol enjoyed it diligently, taking in Ari's expression bit by bit. "You get a few perks when you're a Prince of a country. They let you do all the cool stuff," He explained, a wide grin on his face as he proudly showed her, opening the brown wooden trapdoor, "You'll have to bend to fit under the table a little bit," he pointed to the ladder that peeked from under the door, "But it will be fine."

Ari looked at him with suspicion in her eyes. The interior of it seemed dark and she couldn't see much underneath it. "You go first," she urged Seungcheol, eyeing it with a frown. Ari was curious but she wasn't going to venture into the unknown just yet. The Prince shrugged, propping up the trapdoor with the inbuilt metal buckle. Bending slightly, Seungcheol took a step down, carefully going down the ladder, skipping two steps at a time with his bouldering height and reaching the bottom within seconds.

"Your turn." He spoke as if it was the easiest thing in the world. Placing his phone's flashlight somewhere near the walls, he waited by the end of the ladder for Ari to step down. "Come on."

Deeming it stable enough to warrant her weight, Ari stepped on one of the ladders, careful that her slippers wouldn't own up to their name and cause her to slip. Step by step she took her time coming down each step, looking back, and counting the number of steps left. Seungcheol raised an eyebrow. He knew she was a cautious one but, "This is taking too long."
