YOU COULDN'T HELP but think back to what Jirou had told you that night. It had really gotten you thinking, and her words seemed to resurface every time Deku had popped into your office to check up on you.

"Take care of him,"

Yeah, those words could be interpreted in hundreds of ways.

"Did she think we were dating-?? No Deku's made it clear we're just friends...what if he's hurt?? She made it almost sound like he was dying-!" You chewed the edge of your pen, the paper in front of you long forgotten. (Thank god you actually completed it before)

"What's got you so riled up?" A voice questioned, the door cracked open to reveal Noona, a lovely tech support specialist down the hall.

"It's nothing, don't worry about it," You sighed, rubbing your temple until your eyes landed on the steaming cup she was holding.

"Coffee?" You raised an eyebrow, watching as she put the light orange cup on your desk, the scent easing your nerves.

"Mhm! I made it myself, fall is such a lovely season," She hummed dreamily. It was then you realized it was just around November, one of your favorite times of year right around the corner. The weather was getting chillier, and decorations and lights were already set up for show. The atmosphere was calming, and the trees still blazed in warm hues, while others left piles of leaves to be crunched.

It also meant you were at the 8-month mark of being Deku's Secretary. You were surprised by how much you had eased up, and just how close you had gotten with him in such a short time.

The people within the office started to warm up to you as well. Not that they had been mean or anything, but it seemed like a lot of them tended to be a bit distant around you compared to the warm bonding they had with one another. It hadn't left the most pleasant feeling, but after a while, they seemed to come to accept that you were just like them in any other way besides a higher position.
