I want a boyfriend,
I want him bad...
But alas, this life I lead
Will all but make me sad.
For this way of living
That I was brought up in
Ensures that no such wants
Will ever be achieved.
Indeed, I tell you this day
That I will never be
Joined with another male
In holy matrimony.
No matter how much I wish it,
Nor how bad I pray,
Some things will just never change;
It'll always be this way.
