POV - Mikado
DING-DONG, BING-BONG!
"Dear students. It's now 10:00 AM. Good morning everyone! Please have a lovely day in this sunny tropical paradise! Love, Monocrow."
I hopped out of bed and headed off to breakfast.
Breakfast was mostly uneventful. The only conversation that really took place was that of Iroha asking everyone what their favorite foods and desserts were.
Yuri was absent, though. As was Hajime.
"I'm gonna to get Yuri." I said as I headed to the kitchen. There, I made some chocolate. I hadn't made chocolate before, so it turned out kinda lumpy.
"Perfect." I sighed, as Nikei and Kokoro came in.
"Yomiuri here wanted to confess to Kagarin, so can you accompany me and Yomiuri, Sannoji?" She asked."I would." I said, as I followed the two.
We entered the billiard room.
"Miss Yuri? We made chocolate. Would you like some?" I asked, only to be met...With silence.
"Yuri? Is anyone there?" I asked, as I and Nikei and Kokoro stepped forward.
And that was when we were treated to a sight none of us would get out of our minds anytime soon. It would burn into us, render us scarred.
Scarred with...the first taste of despair, even if it would dig deeper for some more than others.
Someone was hanging from a rope suspended from the ceiling. A bag was over their head, so we couldn't see the person's face. But worst of all was the noose biting deeply into the person's throat, their legs dangling about a meter off the floor.
I then saw the black/magenta skirt.
I realized who that person hanging was.
I screamed.
Yuri Kagarin, the Ultimate Billiards Player, was suspended dead before our very eyes.

"Dear students. At last! A body has been discovered! We will now commence a short investigation period following the class trial. Please read the Monocrow Files for more information. Love, Monocrow!"
