Poem: Dear Husband

It was raining
But to more honest,
I'll say the sky cried for me

I'm attached... emotionally
But it seems like you're not the same

And as I slowly wiped the water droplets
From my hazel brown eyes
I declared to never again
Grow flowers in your garden
Or hang my heart where you can see it
And wound it unintentionally

I'm sorry,
I can't do this anymore

I'm sorry,
My Dear Husband
I'm becoming detached
