Warning this IS once again a rop story so if you havent seen it spoilers are contained (especially for the fifth episode)

This story may include a bit more graphic things such as wounds and blood its not that bad but ik it can be triggering so just a lil warning

"Ok is that everything you need" You say dusting your hands off from your previous task

"No I think thats everything" Bronwyn responded as the two of you looked over at the two boys in front of you

Orcs were coming. And you werent at all ready. You were so outnumbered and frankly didnt have much strength surely if you were all Elves everything would probably be fine. You walk over to the two boys, Arondir was teaching Theo how to work a bow and so far he was doing pretty good.

"Hows it going" You go up to them

"Good I guess" Theo mumbles

You heartbeat quickened at the thought things werent gonna go well, well of course they werent you were all going to be raided with orcs.

"Oh actually Y/n" Bronwyn comes up to you

"I was wondering if you could patrol tonight and keep watch to let us know if the orcs are coming im gonna be busy with everyone else so I cant watch from the wall"

Arondir perked up and turned to the two of you lowering his bow from the target he had put up. Arondir was a nessacarily quiet elf and never talked much he always showed his dislike or affection in actions

"Yeah I can" You start to walk away when you felt something grab your wrist

Spinning around quick you were greeted with the tall elf whom you had loved for years, with a tight grip on your wrist he squeezed i a little.

"What"

"Your really gonna go out there, now?!"

"Yes I am is there a problem"

He let go of your wrist and turned away form you showing that he was distraught. You didnt like the idea of going out either but you needed to. With his silence you took it as he was done talking about it and you left.

Leaving you exited the walls of the tower and began to look around. Not paying attention to where you were going and ended up tripping.

Tumbling down and down you felt the rocks and sticks and anything that could make its way under your leg scratch and cut you. Once you stopped tumbling down you bumped into a tree hitting your back. Then feelings all the pain in your leg you look down to see it stuck and intertwined with a large branch.

You let out a huge scream hoping someone would hear.

At that moment Arondir felt something. He didnt know what was wrong but something was. He puts his bow down and walks over to Bronwyn

"Im going to find y/n"

"What wait why"

"Something happened I know it im gonna go find y/n"

Before Bronwyn could respond Arondir was off and left to go find you. Upon walking sometime outside he sees a small path as if someone had fell, he took that as a sign and ran down the small rugged path leading up to see a figure in the dark.

Looking closer at the figure he realizes its you and he ran closer.

"Y/n!"

You looked to see who had been calling your name, looking up with tears in your eyes you smiled

"Arondir"

He bent down next to you to get the big branch off you and in doing so you let out another scream of pain. Once he got it off you he threw one of your arms around his shoulder and got you up on your feet.

Limping helplessly with him back to the tower you began to black out.

~Timeskip~

You woke up to a horrible throbbing sensation in your head and you felt a wet rag on your leg. Opening your eyes you look to see Bronwyn cleaning and patching your wounds. Taking into account she was only now cleaning your wounds you assumed you hadnt slept for that long.

Looking around the room you then see Arondir sitting beside you watching you closely

"Arondir I-"

"This is why I didnt want you out"

"I know im sorry I shouldve listened to you"

"Ok y/n im going to go get you something real quick stay here dont move and try not to sit up ok" Bronwyn exclaimed then walking out of the room

You turned back to Arondir who met you with a light kiss, kissing back you felt guilt. Walking off not saying a word to him other than it wasnt much of a problem when he was only trying to keep you safe but instead of the words "im sorry" the only words that could come to you were

"Thank you Arondir"
