~
today, austin and i are dying our hair black. technically, his is already black but his roots are starting to grow in so he needs some light touching up.

after a long and delicious breakfast that austin made for me, we now stand in the guest bathroom together with the hair dye in front of us. "so is it safe for us to dye our own hair like this?"

austin looks overs at me "have you ever died your hair before?"

i look back at him "nope, my hairs a virgin," i respond.

"it's easy," he assures me and grabs the hair dye "just slather it on, wait a minute, and rinse."

"and if my hair falls out?"

he shrugs "wigs exist baby."

my god.

"you wanna go first?" he asks.

"okay, yeah, okay."

he laughs at me, "don't be nervous. why are you nervous?"

"my hair is one of my more prized possessions, if it gets ruined, i might die."

austin and i both face the mirror, he's standing behind me as we look at each other in the mirror. he takes my hair out of the ponytail that it's in and runs his fingers through it, "don't worry, i'll be as careful as possible." he takes his eyes away from me and looks at my hair as he continues to brush his fingers through it.

"you better be, or i'll have to punish you."

he cracks a smile which causes me to smile.

austin and i aren't filming any scenes today so we decided to go out and do something.

something about me is i enjoy painting and drawing. i don't express it much but it's a fun pass time.

and last night at dinner austin found out. so after we finished dying our hair, he offered to take me to this place that we can paint at together.

"this is your chance to show me your skills, picasso."

i roll my eyes and look up at him, "picasso? really, austin?"

"wasn't he some world-renowned artist?"

"yeah," i nod "but that's not the point. just come on."

"yours is way better than mine," austin laughs as he holds his canvas up to mine.

i shake my head "no, no. it's beautiful. it's a flower right?"

"no actually it's a rain cloud."

"oh." i raise my eyebrows as i continue analyzing his art "oh... well, it's still beautiful."
