A Bad Week at Work Part 1(One Chicago)

Background: Will Halstead has a bad week at work, when two of his Patients die, one is on life support, one is in a coma and more happens. 7 days of bad luck for one Doctor, Will Halstead. Also Doctor Natalie Manning, isnt helping Will, she is flirting with him and Will is just done with it. His friends: Matthew Casey, Kelly Severide, Greg "Mouse" Gerwitz, his brother Jay Halstead, his sister-in-law Hailey Upton-Halstead and Husband Conner Rhodes are there for him and try to make him happy. Doctor Isidore Latham and Doctor Daniel Charles, help through the last hours of his shift. Doctor Isidore Latham, Doctor Daniel Charles and Detective Antonio Dawson, even help out Matthew Casey, Kelly Severide, Greg "Mouse" Gerwitz, his brother Jay Halstead, Hailey Upton-Halstead and Conner Rhodes with Will. His friends being there for him make him happy. As the week goes on more of Firehouse 51, The 21st District and The Intelligence Unit come and help out helping Will feel happy and that he is loved

Day 1

POV: Will Halstead

Im at Med, my Husband Conner Rhodes doesnt have a shift and Doctor Natalie Manning is being annoying. I have also been having a bad day, two of my Patients die, one is on life support, and one is in a coma. I just want to go home and be with Conner, but I still have 7 more hours of shift. The day just keeps getting worse and I want it to end.

After my shift is over I get in my car and drive home, even though Conner, Jay, Hailey, Mouse, Matt, Kelly and I were going to hang out. Once I got home I changed and laid on mine and Conners bed, I then fell asleep. Didnt know that my phone was going off because I left it on the counter in the kitchen. I did wake up a lot because of the bad dreams that I was having.

POV: Conner Rhodes

Im at Mollys with Jay, Hailey, Mouse, Kelly and Matt. We are waiting for Will but he isnt here. I looked at my watch and saw that Will got off his shift six hours ago and isnt here.

Hey Jay, did Will text you? I asked

No, why? asked Jay

His shift ended six hours ago. I said

May be he had a lot of people still needing to be seen. said Hailey

He would have told me. I said

May be his phone died. said Kelly

Will always has a charge on him, because of Jay here. said Mouse

Im going to call him. I said and left the table.

Oh hey Nat, have you seen Will? I asked

Last time I saw him was before he left. said Nat

Okay, thank you. I said and went to call Will, I got his voicemail

Hey Will, its Conner, where are you? Your shift ended like six hours ago. Please call me, or even Mouse, Jay, Kelly or Matt. I just want to make sure that you are okay. I said and hung up.

Did you get a hold of him? asked Matt

No, I didnt. I said as Doctor Charles came over.

Hey Conner, have you talked to Will? asked Doctor Charles
