"Where my daughter at?" Jeremiah asks, his voice booming through the halls
you were currently in your room, sitting on the bed as you fed your daughter Je'miah.
you heard setty jogging up the stairs, opening the door to see the both of you.
"there's my baby" he smiles, approaching you.
"you wanna burp her after I'm finished?" you ask, re-adjusting your baby
"yeah, hand her to me," he says, holding his arms out
you gently remove her from your breast, pulling your bra back up before handing Jeremiah the burping towel to throw over his shoulder
"hmm setty" you hum out, handing him Mimi
"you really my twin huh? Lil set" he smiles at her before sitting upright, holding Miah against his chest so her chin was resting on his shoulder while he supported her with a single hand
"spent nine months carrying her Lil ass just for her to not look like me at all" you giggle
"you know why she looks just like me right?" Jeremiah asks, laughing
"because I was stressed, and you pissed me off, like every day I was pregnant?" you ask rhetorically
"exactly" he states, gently patting Mimi's back
You roll your eyes, watching him cater to your daughter. it made you happy, even though you got pregnant at a young age, the father was still in your, and the baby's life.
Setty and you have known each other since you were twelve, you got together at fifteen; then you got pregnant three years later, on your 18th birthday.
"what you thinking about mama?" Jeremiah questions, snapping you out of your thoughts
"just us. and how locked in we really are" you laugh
"word, we so young too" he smiles, hearing a small burp from the tiny human
"good job mama" he smiles as he hands you Miah
she yawns, gums showing and all "toothless ass, mommy loves you" you coo, kissing your daughter's cheek
"you sleepy Mimi?" you ask your daughter, in response she buries her head in your cleavage immediately falling asleep
"that titty milk done knocked her Lil ass out" Jeremiah laughs, getting up as you walk her to her cradle, laying her down on the plush covers.
"that's gon do it every time, my baby always sleeping good" you smile, making your way into the bathroom and turning on the bath
"Setty grab my lavender and Epsom please baby" you point under the sink before rushing to grab your bonnet and phone.
you make your way back into the restroom, seeing Jeremiah pouring the Epsom salts and essential oils into the tub.
"thank you, baby" you say before undressing
"your welcome y/n, I'm finna take me a shower in the guest bathroom. you need this alone time" Jeremiah smiles, watching the bubbles surround your body

After your shower, you throw on a robe before brushing your teeth and making your way to you and Jeremiah's shared closet, throwing on undergarments and a pair of shorts
You make your way back into your room seeing that Jeremiah was sat up on the bed playing with Mimi, who was now wide awake
"you woke her up?" you ask, making your way to the bed
"Nah, she started crying after I got out the shower. I hadda change her"
"Oh, thank you baby," you say before getting next to setty under the covers
"Mhmm, mama I gotta be up by 7 tomorrow for this interview" he states, laying Miah down on his chest, she was tired from all that giggling with her father
"Alright, you gotta set an alarm then boo, because you don't even like waking up early" you laugh
"you right, I set the alarm a little earlier though so I wouldn't press snooze and oversleep" he laughs, hearing Mimi's small snores
"she fell asleep so quick oh my god, you want me to put her in her crib? you ask
"Nah, my baby good where she at ma" he reassures you scooting closer to you, leaning his head on your lower stomach
you were still a little insecure about your stomach, being that you had to get a c-section that left a scar on your abdomen
"you so beautiful to me mama" Jeremiah whispers, kissing your stretch marks
"I love you" you smile, stroking your fingers through his tight curls with one hand, and the other hand tracing the jaguar tattoo that was placed on his neck.
"I love you more, thank you so much for giving me my daughter" he mutters, kissing Mimi's forehead before drifting off to sleep
