Dazais pov :
He orders what the others want .
Chatting about how they finished the case on the first day .
They were finishing and just looking out the window when Atsushis phone goes off .
He had it faced up so you can see the message .
Kyoka - eat something! X
Dazai picks up Atsushis phone .
"Dazai what are you doing ?"
Chuuya is not surprised at Dazais rudeness .
"I wanna go on his phone. He's been getting messages all the time from kyoka saying the same thing "
"That is ?"
"Telling him to eat "
Dazai places the phone under Atsushis thumb to unlock it .
He's in .
He scrolls through his and kyokas messages .
He gives Atsushi a glance .
"Say something mackerel "
"this morning he told kyoka he ate and not to worry . He didn't have anything . He also told her he ate earlier when we all know he didn't "
Dazai scrolls and goes on other apps .
"His search history . How many calories are in a lollipop ? His hidden photos being him taking his weight . And his last perches back home was weight loss pills"
Dazai places Atsushis phone back on the table .
He wraps his fingers round Atsushis wrist .
He can nearly wrap his whole hand around .
"Let's head back we need to go over the files again "
They wake Atsushi up .
The van rude back being in silence.
Atsushis pov :
'every since I woke up they have been acting weird '
He and Aktugawa go to their room .
Dazai and Chuuya saying they'll be in soon .
He sits on the floor feeling a little faint .
The two gays walk in holding the files .
"Ok we are gonna go over them again because I don't think he would just hand himself in like that "
They sit on the floor and spread the paper out .
"This isn't the guy we arrested earlier "
Atsushi hold up the photo .
"What makes you think it's not they look the same "
"This person has blue eyes the one we spoke to earlier had brown eyes "
" They could have used contacts"
"Yeah "
They keep digging and find nothing to prove the guy they arrest isn't the guy in the photos.
"I guess we really did finish 3 days earlier than expected "
Dazai lays on the floor making eye contact with Atsushis bag .
"Atsushi you and Aktugawa go get us some wine from across the street . You know what we like "
Dazai pushed them out the door .

Dazais pov :
"Dazai what the fuck ?"
"I'm gonna go through his bag I can't if he's here "
He rumages through until he finds what's he looking door .
The weight pills .
He reads the back .
"These pills help you lose weight in half the time . Filing you up so eat half the amount . Don't take these is you under 18-"
He places the bix in his pocket .
Chuuya stares at him .
"If he's taking theses to stop feeling hungry he can't take one tomorrow and he'll have to eat something "
He puts the stuff back and the two return with wine  and vodka .
Atsushi lays on the floor rating at the ceiling .
