Atsushis pov :
He's looking in the mirror above the sink .
He's shaking and breathing heavey.
He holds onto the sink for support .
Someone touches his arm and he flinches away .
"Oh Dazai it's you "
"You ok you seem a little freaked "
"I'm fine just him asking me all those questions and getting in my face scared me a little "
"Do you want to go home ?"
"Yeah but I won't . It would be giving in "
"I can see that but you can't stand without your legs shacking . I think you should go . Wait in the hall I'll tell kunikida"
He waits for Dazai to return .
After the two head back to Atsushis .
He sits on the couch as soon as they get in.
"You have a letter "
"Oh "
Dazai hands him a letter with his name on it .
To skinny ,
I miss you . Your on my mind every day . I'm gonna break out this prison and find you . So I can eat you alive .

"You ok ?"
"Yeah it's nothing important "
He throws it in the bin and heads to his room .
'how long has that been there ? He could have broken out ages ago . What if he's watching me right now '
He goes back to the living room and sits with Dazai on the couch .
"You sure your ok ?"
He just shoves his face I to dazais side .
"Ok you get comfortable"
He brings his arm so he's cradling Atsushi .
Atsushi falls asleep on Dazais shoulder .
He wakes up to yosanos phone flash going off .
He opens his eyes to half the agency gathered round the two .
He looks at the position he's in .
He moves over .
Dazai was already awake .
"Atsushi you were keeping me warm come back "
Dazai drags Atsushi back over holding him in his arms .
"We came to see if you were ok . I think we have our answer and blackmail "
He smiles and runs the back of his neck .
Ranpo steps forward .
"Sorry if I scared you earlier "
"It's fine really "
He sits up and Dazai let's go .
"ok we're see you tomorrow bye"
He waves the others out .
"Want some food ? Something small ? Tea on rice ?"
"Ok "
"Coming up "
Dazai was a surprisingly good cook considering Atsushi was expecting him to burn the house down .
They ate their food and layed down again .
"Your doing amazingly well Atsushi . You out so much pressure on yourself for no reason you are perfect "
Dazai fell asleep.
Atsushi layed their awake thinking of those words .
