Kim Hyunwoo aka Baekseung of Epex and I have been best friends for years. Since we were kids. That's how long we have been friends for. I'm in love with him and he's in love with me but we are not together yet. We are waiting for the right time to date and end up together which is not yet. Hyunwoo is busy in Epex at the moment and I'm busy with school so it's maybe not the right time. I've always known him as Hyunwoo as that's his birth name. Baekseung is just his stage name. I think it suits him though but he's always been Hyunwoo to me and he will always be Hyunwoo to me. Things have been the same in the last year and a half since Hyunwoo debuted in Epex but we still remain the best of friends but we we are not romantically together yet not that that matters. We are still the best of the friends though forever and always and that will never change. The Epex members are really nice and I fit in with them. They have invited me to their comeback showcase and I'm going of course as Hyunwoo's best friend. He really wants me there of course as his best friend. I've been at the studio since this morning and Epex's showcase is soon this afternoon. The guys have ordered some food in to have before the show. Hyunwoo was overjoyed to see me earlier and I think the boys could tell there were something. "Take a seat, Y/ N. You shouldn't be standing" Ayden said. "Thank you" I reply taking Ayden's seat. "Food is here. Let's tuck in" Wish said. I could see Hyunwoo looking at me from across the room. Our eyes meet. "You two hinting something" MU said. "No no. She's my best friend" he said. "Besties" A-Min said. "Yes that's us. Besties" I say. We eat the food and chill for a bit before the showcase starts. I wanted to sit next to Hyunwoo but Jeff was already sat by him so I couldn't. He was looking at me like he wanted me too. I am really excited for Epex's showcase and to see Hyunwoo of course. Think the guys like it when I'm around. Haha. I like to think they do

The showcase lasted less than an hour and it was so good. Epex performed their new song Hymn to Love which I love. It's such a good song. Very listenable and enjoyable. I watch and listen from backstage taking it all in. My eyes were on Hyunwoo the whole time but I didn't want to make that too obvious. They come backstage after the performances. "An awesome showcase and an awesome song, guys" I say. "Thanks, Y/ N" said Yewang. "No you're welcome. I really enjoyed it" I reply. "Stay a little while" Keum said. "I will if you want me to" I reply. I had to go to the bathroom. So I went to the bathroom and when I came out, Hyunwoo was stood outside waiting for me. "Y/ N, can we talk please?" he said. "Yeah. Why? What's wrong?" I reply. "Just a minute" he replies. We step into one of the rooms together. We sit down and Hyunwoo looks into my eyes. He hesitates not saying anything at first. It's not like Hyunwoo to be silent very often. Haha. "So what are you going to say?" I say. "Oh. Yeah ummmm" he said. He hesitated again. "Y/ N, I'm ready. Ready for us to be together" Hyunwoo said. "But we said it's not the right time" I reply. "I know but I don't want to wait any longer for us to be together and a thing. Okay" he said. "I know but are you sure it's the right tube with you and the boys just making a comeback" I say. "Well I suppose there is no right or wrong time to be together. It's what we both want. What we've both dreamed of" Hyunwoo said. "Yes" I replied. "Looking at you from here, you're my love" he said. "My love, love, love" I smile. "I'm ready if you are. Just say the words" Hyunwoo said. "Okay I'm ready" I say. Hyunwoo looks deeply into my eyes and pulls me in for a kiss. We kiss intensely for a few minutes and it feels good. Maybe that says something. Well we are in love. Aren't we? Well we shall see where it takes us. Maybe somewhere far into the future perhaps

Hyunwoo and I are now together. Yes we are both busy but we are trying to see each they as much as we can. We are trying to keep our relationship a secret but that doesn't mean we love each other any less because we do love each other a lot and that's obvious of course. It's good to be in love and together. Hyunwoo and I are each others first loves. We've never been with anyone else but each other and thats only now. I feel like we have always been destined to be together as we've been best friends for so long and it's amazing to finally feel this way. Hyunwoo have our first proper date night tonight and we are going out to a nice romantic dinner to a restaurant we've both never been to before. He said he's been saving up a bit to take me out for a nice dinner. I'm really excited about it. I've even bought a new dress for it as it's a special occasion. Isn't it? Our first proper dinner date as boyfriend and girlfriend. Best friends to lovers. That's our story. Now we are boyfriend and girlfriend and nothing could be better. Anyway I'm getting ready for our date now and I can't wait to see Hyunwoo and spend the beautiful evening with him having a beautiful meal. It took me a little time to do my makeup for my date as I was being fussy about the way I looked. Hyunwoo will probably tell me I look beautiful. No doubt he will as he's always sweet like that. I get a lift from my sister who takes me to the restaurant I'm meeting Hyunwoo at. He's on his way and he'll meet me outside he said.  Arrive and see my guy waiting outside for me looking all smart and handsome. "Hello, my love" he said. "Hi, you. My love" I say. "Nae sarang" he said. "You're so cute" I say. "No you're so cute. Please" Hyunwoo said. He gives me a passionate kiss before we go in. The restaurant was nice and the mood was set too to make it more romantic. Cannot wait to tuck in when our food arrives

Hyunwoo and I had a lovely delicious dinner at the restaurant this evening. We devoured three courses between the two of us and it was so so good. Best meal I've ever eaten in my life. "Well that was so special" I say. "Yep it was. I'm glad it was. I've been wanting to take you to this restaurant since we fell in love with each other so that's a while. Such a beautiful moment" Hyunwoo said. "It was indeed and Hyunwoo you are the sweetest doing that for me. I'm very lucky to have you. I treasure you forever in my heart" I smile. I felt like a tear was coming to my eyes. "Awe, baby. Oh my love, my darling" he said. "Oh my love, my darling too" I smile. We paid the cheque. Well Hyunwoo did. He didn't let me pay anything as it was his treat. I wanted to contribute a bit too but maybe when we go out another time. We walk out together holding hands and stand outside and wait for our rides to pick us up. "Baby" Hyunwoo said. "Yes, my love" I reply. "I don't wanna let you go" he said. "You don't have to. Don't be silly" I say. "No you're silly but I love you" he laughs. "Haha stop trying to make me blush and giggle at the same time" I laugh. "You're too beautiful for me to even use my own brain" Hyunwoo said. "Do you even have a brain?" I question. "Sometimes" he laughs. "You're making my heart flutter" I say. "You're making me do a lot of things. Some things I can't even describe yet" Hyunwoo said. "Same" I laugh. "My heart is beating fast" he said. "My heart is racing" I reply. "The boys need to know about us" he said. "They already do" I reply. "Did you tell them?" he asks. "No but they can tell. If you they can't. They're blind" I say. Hyunwoo looks into my eyes and pulls me in for a kiss. Our rides arrive and we go home. What a perfect, beautiful and amazing date we had tonight. Hope to have many more like that in our time together. Hyunwoo and I are on cloud 9 that we are now together and it feels so amazing. We want the whole world to know that the two of us are happily together. Best friends who fell in love

A/ N: sorry this imagine is a bit on the shorter side but I think it will do. Quality not quantity think. I enjoyed writing it anyway and that's the main thing. Epex's comeback is really good. Hymn to love is pretty different to their last but very listenable. Baekseung is a great rapper and also pretty nice to look at too. Ohhhh
