I was friends with and went to school with Kim Gyuvin, I've always had a crush on him but I've never been confident with myself or around guys. Since leaving school I've got a job I love in a clothing store. It's really good for me and I also volunteer in a homeless shelter in my spare time too. I love what I do and I also love my friends and family too so life is good. I wonder what Gyuvin is doing these days as I haven't seen or heard from him since we left school. Hope he's good and hope he's well. It would be nice to have kept in touch with him since we left school but people lose touch with each other. I do love spending time with my family. I'm really close to my older sister and love looking after my 4 year old niece called Haewon. She is so cute and adorable and I love her. I love taking her to the park and play gym. I'm taking her to the park today. It's nice weather and I can't wait to take Haewon to the park today and we are going to have a fun day playing in the sun. Haewon loves the park especially on a lovely day and she loves the swings too. My sister and her husband are going out shopping this afternoon so I'm babysitting Haewon for the afternoon. We arrived at the park about 10 minutes later. I get Haewon out of the car. "Sweetie, you must hold onto Auntie Y/ N's hand while we are here and not run off" I say. "Okay, auntie" Haewon replies. We walk around the park till we get to the play area. "Push me on the swing, auntie" Haewon said. "Of course but we always say please. Darling" I reply. "Please" she mutters under her breath. I push Haewon on the swings for a while and she loves it. We play on the play area for a while. She goes on the slide and climbing frame too. It's not too busy today

I let Haewon on the swings for a while and she has so much fun. Next she wanted to go on the tyre swing and she wanted me to go with her. I felt like I was too big but it was okay. Haewon sits next to me and I try to push bus but it's not really working. "Come on, auntie. Push it" Haewon barks. "Okay" I reply. A few seconds later, a guy who looks around my age appears. I recognised him. It's Gyuvin to my surprise. "Hi. Y/ N, right. You haven't changed a bit" he said. "Kim Gyuvin. No way. After all these years" I reply. I pull myself up from the tyre swing and he helps me. "There you go" he giggles. I giggle back. "There you go" Gyuvin said. We hug awkwardly. He looks at Haewon and says. Think he was thinking that she was my daughter. "She's not my daughter. She's my niece. My sister's daughter. Gyuvin, this is Haewon" I say. "Hi, Haewon. Nice to meet you. I love kids" he smiles. "Haewon, say hi to Gyuvin. He's an old friend" I say. She went all shy. "So yeah how are you these days, Y/ N?" Gyuvin asks. "Yep pretty good. I work in a clothing store and volunteer at a homeless shelter" I smile. "That sounds good" he replies. "So what are you up to these days, Gyuvin?" I ask. "Studying and training to be an idol. I'm on a show called Boys Planet. I might be in a group soon" he replies. "Oh yeah I remember seeing online somewhere but I have a terrible memory and I forgot" I say. He giggles. Gyuvin and I talk a bit longer and catch up on all that's been going on over the last while. So yeah it was good. Haewon kept on tapping me on the shoulder when we can move on and get something to eat and ice cream at the end. "Okay, Y/ N. I'll let you go now. I can see someone is eager to get away and eat" Gyuvin said. "Sorry she's being so impatient" I say. "No it's fine. I know what kids can be like. Oh Y/ N, would you like to go out sometime. Maybe on a date" Gyuvin said. "Yeah sure I'd love to" I reply. "Yeah yeah you gave me your number so I'll text to see when you're free and I'm free" he said. "Absolutely. Great seeing you, Gyuvin" I reply. He smiles at me and I go and take Haewon something to eat before she starts nagging me again. I can't believe I bumped into my school crush in the park

Gyuvin and I have been going out on dates for the last couple of months now and it's going well. It hasn't asked me to officially go his girlfriend or anything yet but I'm hoping he does soon. I'm having some confidence issues with myself and getting close to Gyuvin. He knows I'm insecure about myself and the way I look and feel about things. He said I've no need to feel like that. He said I should have lots of confidence in myself. I am trying to develop more confidence in myself. Gyuvin is such a handsome and good looking guy and I feel like he doesn't deserve someone who is average looking like me. Gyuvin and I are going to see a movie tonight at the cinema. The movie we are going to see is Wonka and we can't wait as we both love chocolate. I am getting ready now and meeting Gyuvin at the movies soon. Looking forward to seeing him and seeing the movie too. I am wearing a t shirt with a flannel shirt over it for the date with jeans of course. My mom gives me a lift to the movies. I tell her I'm meeting a friend. Haven't said it's a boy. Anyway I get there and wait for Gyuvin in the entrance. He appears a few minutes later. "Hey" he said. "Hey" I said. "Nice to see you" he said pulling me in for a hug. "You look be...nice and cool, Y/ N" Gyuvin said. "You do too. Thank you" I reply. We go and get our tickets and then get some popcorn, snacks and drinks and then find our seats and sit down and wait for the movie to start. "We can't see a movie about chocolate without eating chocolate" Gyuvin said. "Yes quiet right" I giggle. Throughout the movie Gyuvin kept on getting close to me and touching me. He hand his hand on my leg for a while and held my hand. At first I felt uncomfortable and back away but I allowed him for a few minutes. He made my heart flutter though. He is perfect and gorgeous and I am definitely falling for him. The movie finishes and we leave the movie theatre

I went to the bathroom when we left. Basically to sort out my hair as it looked a mess and I was self conscious about it in front of Gyuvin that my hair was looking awful. I also needed to pee too. He is waiting for me outside the bathrooms with a smile on his face as usual. "You okay, Y/ N?" he asks. "Yeah I'm fine just needed the bathroom" I reply. We walk close together as we exit the movies. Gyuvin puts his arm around my shoulder as we walked out. I couldn't help but smile. We made it to Gyuvin's car. "I'll give you a lift home" he said. "Sure that would be great thanks" I smile. Before I could get in the car, Gyuvin approached me and looks me in the eyes and says "Y/ N, I know you're insecure about yourself but there's no need to be. I think you're the most beautiful and wonderful person I've ever met". "Gyuvin, stop telling lies. I'm not. I'm average. You deserve much better than me" I reply. "Y/ N, princess. I don't tell lies. I mean what I say. I'm a man of my words" Gyuvin said. I blush and I didn't know what to say after that. I was too lost for words. "I want you to be my girlfriend, Y/ N. I want us to be boyfriend and girlfriend. In a relationship. A want you. It's fine if you say no" he said. I hesitated did a few minutes before I answered. "Gyuvin, are you really sure you want me to be your girlfriend?" I ask. "Y/ N, of course I do. Like I said I don't lie" he said. "Okay I'd love to be your girlfriend then" I reply. Gyuvin smiles and he puts his arms around me. He pushes me against his car and we start making out intensely. My heart was skipping a beat and fluttering. "Y/ N, promise me not to be insecure about yourself as much. You are beautiful to me and that's all that matters. You make me a happy man" Gyuvin smiles. I smile too. We carry on kissing and then he takes me home and kisses me again. We didn't want to let each other go so yeah. I was so excited when Gyuvin asked me to be his girlfriend. I will promise him to have more confidence in myself now
