This is embarrassing. I'm sure you all may be wondering what this is about. Before you ask, no I am not quitting this story. But I was contemplating how I should finish writing this. And I have made my choice and I think y'all deserve to know.
I am doing two alternate endings.
Let me explain.
I have been writing fanfic for 2+ years and I have noticed that I do not like bringing characters back to life. It's just weird to me for some reason. So at first I had thought that if I was to bring Billy back, I would have to just end this book in season three. Simply because I don't know how I would write season four since basically the entire plot revolves around Max and her depression, and regret. But I have now come up with a way to end it to keep him alive basically. No spoilers though 😉
So after season 4 I realized I am also in love with Eddie Munson. Cuz who isn't? (Don't answer that.) So my next alternate ending would be a separate story: Anastasia grieving Billy's death but then falling in love with Eddie. Blah blah demodog. Again I know what you're thinking. "But Ren, he's dead too." Well we still have a season five coming so I'm going to have hope. If he doesn't come back then oh well, Anastasia will be the single queen of Hawkins for all eternity.
