It's Been only 2 hours since Amanda passed away and we are at the waiting room waiting for the doctor to finish up with the baby then only we can see him

I'm quiet anxious and Nkosenye has been busy arranging things you know all those things I honestly don't know what to right now

Doc:"ummmm family "

I look up and he's wearing a faint smile on his face you know the reassuring one

Doc:"you can now see the baby "

Ma:"ohhh thank god yohhh"

Baba:"asambeni nkosikazi"

Amanda's dad didn't take the news well he's been staring at his daughter for the past hour he is still in denial but the doc did. Say that something like this could happen but Amanda chose the baby

I guess she was selfless after all ,I know what decision to take now I can't give up on my family like this

I nod my head and walk to the reception where he  is still sorting out the papers for the baby you know all those procedure did I mention the fact that the grandparents bought a LV blanket for the baby

I hold my hand out to him and he kindly takes it as we go to the nursery
Mom and dad are standing next to the cot

First time looking at the child I just find myself falling in love ,I wanna hold him and I wanna protect him from all dangers of the world I'm thankful to Amanda for granting me a gift like this

I know Nkosenye might be anxious that I might leave him or this could be too much for me but nop looking at this cute baby boy Infront of me makes me feel like a parent all over again just that I skipped the pain

He takes her baby in his arms and tears start rolling down his cheeks

Baba:"son you are a father now "

He nods his head as he looks at the new bundle of joy

Me:"baby I know you think I'm gonna leave you but I won't we in this together I love you and we are raising this child together"

His eyes glisten up with so much shock filled with happiness ,I'm glad I made him this happy

Ma:"okay you should give him a name "

Nkosenye looks deep in thought and something just comes to mind like an imaginary light bulb

I smile this is the most precious word that's fit for a prince nje and can I just say that I love it

Mom ululates softly as we hold this cute baby in our arms
I take him from his arms and start playing with him and immediately this little dude just captures my heart
