Babar was doing good in cricket and Ishika also resumed her work as singer in Pakistan.
One year later...
7:00 pm, Karachi, Pakistan.

I am feeling very low today but still I have to go. It's my recording today. I picked up the keys and drove to studio .
At studio..
Atif Aslam Sir was sitting there. I am having a collab with him...

We completed recording, after that I left for home.
I was driving, meanwhile my phone started ringing and it was Babar.
I picked up the call..
Babar: Where are you?
Me: I was at studio.
Babar: New song?
Me: Hmm.. BTW where are you!!
Babar: At home!
Me: Tum kab aaye!?
Babar: Abhi aaya just.. Socha tha ki tumhe surprise dunga par Mariyam api ne kaha ki tum ghar par nhi ho 🙂
Me: Aww.. 😂 chalo abhi mai raste me hi hu phir mai act karlungi ki mai surprised hu! 😂
Babar: 😂😂Nhi ab tum bas jaldi se aa jaao!!
Me: Aa rhi hu! Bye ❤
Babar: Bye 👋 ❤
I finally reached home and I asked Mariyam api that where is Babar ?
She said, " In the room ".
I went towards the room and there was no one was there. I checked the balcony but someone came from behind and back hugged me. As I turned I saw he was Babar with his smiling face. I hugged him and he kissed my forehead. Then we move inside the room. We started talking about the day and his match. He told me that he won the match by 10 wickets again and I congratulated him but as I was feeling very low I was about to faint but he held me tightly.
Babar: Ky.. Kya hua? Tabiyat nhi sahi hai?
Me: Hmm.. Wo actually subah se hi chakkar aa rhe hai or kamzori bhi mehsoos ho rhi hai.. Or.. *I choked my words and straightly went to bathroom *.
Babar: Kya ho gya hai ek kaam karo chalo doctor ke pass chalo !
I was feeling nauseous and it was my 4th time that I was vomiting.
I myself was shocked cuz I haven't suffered anything like this before!
I came out of the bathroom.
Me: Doctor se maine baat ki thi or unhone body checkup ke liye bola hai!
Babar: *concerned* Chalo phir!
Me: Nhi maine pills le li hai ab aaram mil jayega or tum sabse pehle rest karo abhi turant to aaye ho or 3 din baad phir match hai! Or ye hukum hai mera 😂
Babar: Ab kuch keh bhi nhi sakta... Chalo thik hai par tum bhi to thodi der rest karlo 👀
Me: Haa bas ek min!!
*Doctor calling *
Dr. Mehreen: Ishika aapki tabiyat kaisi hai ab
Me: Actually Dr. abhi relief nhi mila hai!
Dr. Mehreen: See this happens in two cases first one is that if you are having food poisoning or else you are pregnant!
Me: Pr.. Pregnant!? *I choked on my words *😲
Dr. Mehreen : Yeah but for confirmation you can come tomorrow!
Me: Okay!!
*me thinking *
Should I tell Babar about this? Pehle confirm to ho jaaye! I am just 25 how would handle the baby? 🙂
Neend bhi aayegi aaj mujhe yaa nhi?
I lie down in the bed and hugged Babar and fell asleep!
