Heart of ice

The party...

Aurora's POV

I'm currently in the kitchen pouring my 3rd drink of the night. Kade warned me not to take it too far, but he seems to forget he's speaking to me. 

I turn around ready to join the party again. However, there's a tall, black-haired girl staring at me like she's going to pounce at me.

"Just the person I was looking for" she says in a high-pitched tone. God, I hope she's not as annoying as her voice.

"Care to explain why you're looking for me" I ask her.

I watch her as she steps closer to me. 

"Stay away from Kade. We might have broken up, but he'll always be mine" she warns.

Oh, this must be the girl who cheated on his. I start to think. Wait, this is the girl he allowed to cheat on him. Not going to lie, I expected more. Love must've been blind.

"Down girl" I whistle to her. 

"What are you doing?" she scoffs at me. 

"Well, dogs usually listen to commands, but clearly you're still in training" I say, smiling at her. 

I go to walk past her and pause. Let's have some fun. 

"It was nice meeting the girl that opened her legs for my brother whilst in a relationship with someone else" I tell her. 

She stares at me with her mouth agape. 

"Your related to Tommy? I didn't know he had a sister" she rushes out.

I step forward towards her, causing her to take a step back.

"If you ever try to threaten me again. I promise to make your life a living hell. When me and Kade do eventually fuck, I'll invite you to watch and that way you can make notes on how real women do it" I say.

I look at my phone and then back up to her. 

"I must get going, lovely chat and all. It's just your ex-boyfriends just requested me, and my mouth and I'd hate to disappoint" I wink at her, waving my phone in her face. 

I pivot on my foot and walk out. God, she's a piece of work. What did he ever see in her.

As I enter the main room, I spot Kade and the boys on the sofa. 

She wants to play games. I'll show her that I'm better at them. 

I make eye contact with Kade and strut over to him. He looks at me with a curious look. He's going to be looking at me with a surprised look in about 5 seconds. 

As I reach him, I straddle him and wrap my arms around his neck. As if an instinct, his hands grab a hold of my ass. 

I lean and whisper "I've just had the pleasure of meeting your ex and I'm going to teach her a lesson about making threats. So, go along with it"

I listen to the music playing and arch my back. I watch as Kade slowly licks his lips. Jesus, that's hot. I listen to the beat and start to slowly grind on him. His grip on my ass tightens, as we maintain eye contact. As I'm grinding on him, I feel him harden beneath me. A deep groan leaves his mouth and I swear it is the most attractive sound I've ever heard. 

"If you don't stop, I'm going to take you right here, right now" he says through heavy breathing.

"Take me on a date and I'll think about it" I manage to say. 

I don't even get to hear Kade's reply because someone grabs me by my hair and pulls me off his lap.

As I land on my back, I look up to see his ex.
