I went straight to my home or which was once my Home. Everything was in it's place as we left. My bag was still on the floor which I picked up and placed on the table. I went to the grandma's room and I started crying once I saw she is not there anymore. She will not come back.

I then went upstairs towards my room and laid down on my bed closing my eyes. I was so exhausted that it didn't take long before I succumb to dreamless sleep.

I woke up to ringing on the bell when I looked at the clock it was 10 in the morning. I slept for almost 15 hours, I stood up and went down to open the door. It was Sam!

"Oh my God! Where did you both go? I thought something has happened to you two" Sam looked worried and relieved.

"And what are you wearing?" She said as she looked at my clothes, I was still in the clothes from their world.

I didn't know what to say, my heart was heavy. I jump into her arms and cried for what I have lost in all these days. How I finally thought I belong to somewhere but then again ... it wasn't mine.

"My child what happened? Please stop crying." She pleaded as she tried to stop me from crying but it looks like it's the only think can do from now on, a crying mess.

"She is gone, grandma is gone" I told her at which she stilled for a moment then sighed in sadness.

"I am so sorry" she whispered lightly, they both were so close to each other.

"Come with me" she said as she took me inside and sat me down on the couch.

"Where did you go?" She asked me.

"Grandma took me to her hometown, she wanted to be buried there and it was so sudden so we couldn't inform you before leaving and then she was gone" I sniffle as I lied to her, which was partly true

After that she tried to console me and didn't ask me anything else. She made food for me and forced me to take a bath to fresh up.

After much needed bath I was somewhat relaxed but still there was sea of sadness inside me.

"Do you want me to stay here with you?" She asked me after forcing me to eat.

"It's okay I don't want to bother you, I am fine Sam... I really am" I try reassure her but she wasn't having it.

"Okay I am staying" she said with finality, which I was happy for. I really don't want to be alone right now.

After that we talked for sometime mostly about the good times we spend with grandma. They were all happy memories of us and for a moment I was fine, I forgot whatever happened these past few days. I also came to know that I was gone for a month which was a little surprising for me. Maybe time is different in both world.

"Okay go sleep" she said as she stood.

"You can sleep in grandma's room" I told her at which she nodded. Then I left for my room, I laid down on the bed looking at the ceiling not able to sleep. I was busy in my thoughts when out of nowhere I felt a little pain in the left side of my chest, at first ignored the pain but with passing second it increased until I could take anymore and I started screaming and crying in pain begging for it to stop.

"Please stop" I screamed loudly at the pain, it feels like my heart is torn apart. The pain was unbearable, in my semi consious state I heard Sam calling me but I was in misery.

"Please make it stop... it hurts.... please" i begged to anyone who is listening. After sometime I heard voices in the background, then I felt a pinch on my arm and finally I escaped the pain. Then I felt myself being lifted and carried away.

I woke up to bright light shining in my eyes, I closed my eyes instantly and then opened them back slowly. I could hear a beeping voice in the background. I looked above to see a white ceiling. I tried to move hand and realized I was bounded. I panicked and looked at my hands but calmed down when I saw an IV on my arm.

I looked around me, it was a hospital room. A lady came inside the room with a clipboard in her hand.

"Hello Miss Whitlock, I see you are awake. How are you feeling now?" She asked with a nice smiled.

"Fine" I husked.

"I am your nurse Sierra" she introduced herself. I nodded at her, she held the glass of water out for me and help me sat up. I drank the water.

"What happened to me?" I asked her, I still remember the pain and how unbearable it was.

"Your reports are clear, doctors are not sure why you were in pain. We also have ran down some test on you but still nothinb was found" she looked a little concerned.

"Where is Samantha?" I asked her.

"Miss Samantha went to her home but she said she will come in a while" she told me at which I nodded and laid down again.

After sometime the door opened and inside came Daryl with concern and worry etched on his face.

"Hey Daryl" I smiled a little at him but he glared at me.

"How could you vanish without telling me... I was so worried for you. Now I know you don't think of me as your friend" he pouted a little as he stood at the edge of the bed. I smiled at him.

"I am sorry" I told him

"Everything happened so fast... I..." I stopped when I think back to what happened, I closed my eyes in pain.

"Hey it's okay, you don't have to tell me anything. Sam told me everything and I am so sorry for your loss but know that you are strong and you are not alone. I am with you... I mean me and Samantha we both are with you" he said as he looked away.

"Thank you Daryl" I thanked him as I pressed his hand lightly.

"Okay now stand up we are going, you are discharged and I don't like seeing you on this bed" he huffed as he looked around the room.

Then he said he will drive me to my home and told Samantha to not come to hospital. As we reached at my home he helped me step out of the car. He was to gentle with me as he held me by my shoulders and we walked towards my home. I told him that I can walk on my own but he didn't believe me. As I was about to go inside my house a voice stopped me in my tracks and for a moment I froze.
