When Akshara and Neil knew about the girls they called police but Akshara tried to convince Neil to do something to save girls until police comes.
But Neil left Akshara in the hospital and he went alone because he knew that if he will not go then his sister in law will go and take risk to save children .

What happened next?

So, guys if you have any idea for ff you can tell me I'll try to add and yes this is my first ff so please ignore my mistake . Actually I don't do comment and write these things but in today's episode when I saw Neil dead . I thought it's only choice to write ff bcz we can't see neirohi in serial now if Neil died then neirohi word will loose it's meaning.
