Part 4

In Neirohi's room

Neil was thinking of Aarohi and their relationship. He doesn't knew that she has given blood to save him. He only knew that she has done the operation. He was giving chance to their relationship because of their baby. But somewhere he still loves her. He forgave her about the fake pregnancy news. He was hurt but now he is happy for their baby. He wants to thanks Aarohi but his brother told him that she might be in hospital for his medicine. He was taking rest in room.

In hospital

Aarohi came to take her reports. She was shocked to see the reports as she was not a gynac but she had some basic knowledge about everything as a doctor should. She found that there are some complications in her pregnancy due to blood donation. There was 99% chance of her miscarriage. She went towards Dr. Malhotra's cabin .

Aaru: Nurse where is Dr. Malhotra?
Nurse: Sorry she is on leave.

Nurse left from there.
Aaru tried to call Dr. Malhotra but the call didn't connect so she message her asking about the complications in her pregnancy.

She left the hospital and sat on a bench near the hospital she started crying.

Abhimanyu saw her as he came to enquire why she was in hospital now. He came towards Aarohi.

Abhi : Aarohi
Aaru : Tum , tum yahan kya kr rhe ho?
She was hiding her reports from Abhimanyu which he noticed.

Abhi: Mujhe laga ki tum Neil ki medicine ke liye aayi ho isliye maine socha ki mai bhi aa jaun

Waise tum kya chupa rahi ho?

Aaru: Tumhe aur tumhari biwi ko hamesha aisa kyun lagta hai ki mai sab chupati hu, mai jo karti hun wo galat aur tumlog jo karo wo sahi

Abhi: Aarohi baat ko chupao mat wo konsi file hain tumhare haath mein dikhao muje

Aaru: Nhi mai nhi dungi don't interfere in my matter.

He tries to take the files from her but it fells on the ground.
Aarohi tried to pick the file up but she felt cramps in her stomach.

Abhimanyu picked the file and saw the reports and was quite.

Aaru : Ab khus hona tum, dekh liye reports hogayi tassali, Ab tum Neil ko bataoge na taki usne jo ye mujhe second chance diya hai wo khatam ho jaye.

She took her step back, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Aaru : Bataoge bhi kyun nhi, mai itni buri jo hun actually tum na ek kaam kro tum aur tumhari biwi ne mujh per jo ehsaasan kiya hai na blackmailing ka sach, aur bhi bahut saari sachchayi na batane ka usse mujhe aazadi do aur sab kuch ek baar mein bata do Neil ko kyunki mai tang aa gyi hu. Roj roj ye dar lga rehta hai ki kab Neil ko meri fake pregnancy ki tarah ye saari sachchayi bhi pta chalegi aur hamare beech mein sab kuch khatam ho jayega.

Abhi : Bas aarohi tumhe kya lagta hai ki maine tumhaari sachchayi na bta kr ehsaan kiya hai, nahi maine dekha hai ki tumhe tumhari galti realise ho chuki hai to maine tumhe dil se maaf kiya hai rahi baat Akshu ki to I'll make sure ki wo tum dono ke matter mein interfere na kare. Listen Aarohi jab Neil hospital mein tha aur ek pal ke liye lga ki maine apne bhai ko akshara ki wajah se kho diya us time mujhe realise hua ki tum akshu ko sirat ma ke accident ke liye kyun blame krti thi. Mai jaanta hun ki Neil ke accident mein indirectly akshu involve hai. Mai maanta hu uski galti aur isliye mai tumhari insecurities bhi samajh rha hun 10 % share, blackmailing, fake pregnancy ye sab tumne insecurities mein aakar kiya ki kahin tum apni life mein, family mein second na ban jao.

Aaru : Hmm sach hai ye lekin main apni insecurities ko dur kar Neil ke saath rehna chahti hun puri imandari ke saath, because I love him. Lekin ab kuch nhi ho sakta maine itna kuch galat kiya hai ki mujhe uski saja mil rhi hai ye reports mein clear hai ki miscarriage ho sakta .

Abhi: Don't worry tum doctor se consult kro mai Neil se baat...

Aaru : Nhi pls nhi tum Neil se is matter pr baat mat krna waise bhi uski condition shi nhi hai, mai usse sahi time aane pr sab bata dungi aur uska jo bhi decision hoga use khusi khusi accept karungi.

Abhi: Don't worry uska decisions tumare liye sahi hoga.

Btw jo kuch bhi hua use bhulkar mai to aage badh chuka hun par tum aage nhi badhogi ?

Aaru : Dr. Abhimanyu, Dr Aarohi aapse peeche rahe aisa kabhi hua hai jo aaj hoga? ( She replies smilingly)

They both laugh.

Abhi: Tum akshu ki behen ho to meri bhi behen jaisi hui. Koi bhi problem ho apna bhai samajh kr mujhse share kr saki ho.

Aaru : Thanks Abhimanyu. Waise mai kal Dr. Malhotra se ek baar consult kr lungi.

Abhi : Hmm ab ghar chalo sab wait kr rhe hain.

He was leaving when Aarohi stops him. He turned to see her.

Aaru : Listen Abhimanyu, mere aur akshu ke beech mein jo tha aur hai use to main badal nhi sakti. Aur khaskar kal jo bhi hua Neil ke saath uske baad to bilkul bhi nhi. Lekin mai nhi chahungi ki meri aur akshara ki ladai ki wajah se family ya tum dono ke babies par asar pade isliye mai tum dono ke matter mein involve nhi hongi aur mai akshara se bhi yahi ummeed krti hu ki wo mere life ke kisi bhi matter whether it's personal aur professional wo interfere na kare.

Abhi : Don't worry I'll handle her. Ab ghar chalo tumhe rest krna chahiye.

Aaru : Ok, but meri car...
Abhi : Tum abhi mere car mein chalo tumhari car driver pick kr lega.

They went inside the car.
They were talking something about hospital work.

In Abhira's room

Akshu : Ye Aaru abhi tk aayi kyun nhi abhi bhi nhi hai yahan. Kahin wo phirse koi chaal to nhi chal rhi.
Nhi akshu tuje ab unki life mein interfere nhi krna hai tu ab ye soch ki abhi ko kaise manayegi.
