Some have the strength to talk,
Others don't have a voice.
Some are restless from the pain,
Others overdose on pills.
Some binge eat,
Others don't eat at all.
Some write about it,
Others use their skin as the canvas.
There's no shame about it,
No shame in losing control,
No shame in not knowing what to do,
No shame in our coping mechanisms.
