Stability can be so addicting
No solace in knowing
That it doesn't last too long.
I'm afraid,
Petrified that something will
Rock the boat
Flip it all the way around.
Terrified of not having
Any control
Over it,
Any control
To stop it.
Fearful of drowning,
Submerging...
I never learned how to swim
You know.
