Chapter 4: Mencius's Return
Michelangelo cautiously approaches the orb but before he could touch it, he heard his father calling out for him to which he turns to see his family with Asami and Alvaro coming towards him.
"Is that Magus?" Asami asked in bewilderment.
"I don't know," Mikey responded
"It doesn't feel like Magus" Alvaro pointed out.
"How do you know that?" Donatello asked.
"Magus's presence gives off a warm and calm sensation, this orb gives off some strange uncomfortable vibe" Alvaro explained.
"Guys, I've been meaning to talk to you about something as well" Michelangelo started to confess:
"Lately I've heard this siren calling me and then this orb appeared just tonight" Mikey replied: "I thought I was just imagining it though"
Unfortunately once Michelangelo said that, they heard loud commotion outside as they went to the window and saw a huge freak storm outside the city.
"Is there meant to be a storm tonight?" Leonardo asked Asami.
"No and this is not like any other storm, something terrible is brewing" Asami shuddered out.
The orb soon flies outside to the middle of the square and begins to turn red and creates a dark portal on the ground.
"I guess my instincts were right" Alvaro grunted in alarm
"C'mon!" Michelangelo exclaimed to which everyone bolted for the front entrance of the palace.
Once outside they approached the middle of the square where everyone was circled about as they could see a dark red portal on the ground.
"What kind of portal is that?" Donnie gasped.
"I don't know but this doesn't look good," Alvaro replied.
"Everybody stay back!" Asami cried out to the panicking people.
Suddenly as lightning flashes upon the city, a figure rises from the portal and to Michelangelo's horror, there stood Emperor Mencius.

No longer a floating robotic head the last time Mikey encountered and banished him to the dark dimension for his crimes but he now has his full body once more.
"Emperor Mencius?!" Michelangelo gasped.
"How is this possible?!" Leonardo cried out.
"Stay focus and be prepared for anything" Splinter grunted as he got his weapon out.
Mencius smiles wickedly at the frightened people before he notices a lot of Magerias and other organic beings as he growls: "So much organic life-forms here...it makes me sick"
