This time you're a duelist from the modern (VRAINS) dimension that uses a Armatos Legio (Lightning) Deck and eventually an @Ignister Deck.

I ended up doing some digging for Ai, turns out (surprise surprise) Daisuke isn't interested in girls, but if he had to pick he would want a nice girl.
We went to the rooftop.
"S-So did you ask him, what kind of girl he likes?" She asked.
I told her.
"Nice? He didn't say anything about being cute? Not even like "a beautiful woman" or anything like that? B-but every guy want to be with a pretty girl, right? It's the good looking girls who find love, isn't!? Forget this, I'm so tired of beating around the bush. Just go ask him if he's got a crush on anyone. What are you waiting for!? Go!" She said.
Guess she's not giving me much choice. Oh well, back downstairs I go.
"Oh hey Y/n what's up?" He asked.
"Do you have a crush on anyone in particular?" I asked.
"Huh? What's gotten into you? Nah, there isn't anyone." He said.
Yeah she's not gonna take that for an answer.
"Any, interest in Ai?" I asked.
"Ai? Like our other manager? Not interested. We done playing 20 questions? Haha, see ya later." He said.
I think Ai may have been eavesdropping. I better hurry back up there!
She was standing near the edge of the roof!
"Don't come any closer! He doesn't like me! He's not interested in the slightest! I! I, guys like pretty girls don't they!?" She asked.
She's lost her composure I need to calm her down and FAST.
"I'm pretty now! And I had to work hard to become this way! But if I can't be loved, then, then what's the point!?" She asked.
"I'll hear you out." I said calmingly.
"*sniff*, *sob*."
I managed to get her away from the edge and brought her to safety.
"I, I used to be fat and clumsy. My father was poor, and everyone bullied me at school all the time. They used to surround me and say I was gross, or they called me names like "Piggy-Hara". The boy I had a crush on told me not to look at him, because I'd "give him my germs." Those awful memories still haunt my nightmares. About the time I entered middle school, my family came into some money. Everyone got so jealous of us that we ran away, and moved here. I knew this was a chance to start over, it was time to show them all. I dieted, and read every fashion or women's magazine I could get my hands on. I studied them like they were textbooks, and learned from all the secrets, everything from attracting guys, to smiling better. But, ahaha, looks like it was all for nothing. I couldn't be loved unless I became pretty, and now that I am, I still can't have it. I guess I'm still doomed. I'll never be in love, will I? It's not like I have any other redeeming qualities." She said.
"He just doesn't know you." I said.
"You're, so nice to me. I should've fallen in love with you. Haha, just kidding. Hey, why don't you and I just go out?" She asked.

"Are you sure about that?" I asked
"You're a weird guy. You're right, I'm still a little confused." She said.
I managed to save her and our relationship has grown deeper.

We parted ways.
Evening.
I'll tutor Shu again tonight.
"I memorized this formula, but what exactly does it mean in real life?" He asked.
I explained as best as I could. Then we took a break.
"Those equations can be used in a bunch of different situations, huh? The people who came up with them were geniuses. I wish I was a genius." He said.
"Work hard, and you can be." I said.
"You can become a genius through hard work? I thought you had to be born one. I've already been trying pretty hard in my opinion, it's still not good enough? I'm sorry, I've been tired all day. Can we finish the rest of this lesson next time? Let's change the subject to something else, what's up?" He said.
I told him about what kind of girls I like. I ended up being pretty frank about it.
"Hmm, that was a bit surprising. By which, I mean really surprising actually. Oh, I'm sorry, looks like we're already out of time. Thanks for talking with me today, I think I was able to relax a little. I'd like to hear some more later." He said.
It seems like Shu is opening up to me. Our relationship has grown deeper.

I went to go see the fox, and let it know the request was fulfilled. It seems very happy about it. So that's good.

I passed some time with the fox and then went home.
Evening.
I went to go work at the hospital, the old lady from last time was here again.
"Good evening. I'm sorry about what happened last time, when I was staring at your face. You just, look like someone I knew. Do you work here?" She asked.
"Only part time." I said.
"My, is that so? That's wonderful. I have a granddaughter about your age, she went back home today though. Thinking about it, meeting you here is a wonder. But I won't be coming back here anymore." She said.
"We should meet again." I suggested.
"Haha, this isn't a big town: we might run into each other eventually. I like to take in the sun at the riverbank when I have days off. The River sparkles so beautifully, it all feels so good, it saddens me. Haha, I'll be going now." She said.
Sayoko came from around the corner, and spotted me.
"Oh, here you are. Talk about timing! That room over there needs some work done in it. Perhaps you could, oh whatever just get in there." She said.
I went and cleaned the room she told me to clean.
"Okay, everything's back in order. The patient who had been in this room left just a little while ago. I want you to mop the floor. Don't ask what happened here." She said.
"Okay." I said.
"Oho, I was just kidding. The patient who was here was released today. He returned right from the brink of death! He was a good patient, who always listened to what I said. Plus he was the president of his company at a young age. He was handsome, didn't complain and independent. He wanted to get back to his work. Desperately. And thanks to his perseverance, he was able to leave even earlier than we had scheduled to release him. "Thank you for caring for me." He said, bowing to me so happily. Then he turned around and walked out. He said such stupid things, like he loved me. Everyone leaves. The only need me when they're my patients, in the end, they all leave me." She said.
"It's good they get better." I said.
"This is exactly why I don't like kids. They try to win arguments. I must not have been making sense. Forget about what I was saying. I'll ask another janitor to handle this room. You go on home. The streets are dark, you shouldn't be here. You wouldn't want to get caught, by me." She said.
I feel like I just saw a bit of Sayako's inner self, and it was as disturbing as I thought, well a little bit admittedly I feel a little bad for her. Only a little.

She walked away, I finished up my job and then went home for the night.
