I found the girl who may have wrote the note about wanting to learn to speak better.

"Wh-what? Don't just walk up to me and talk to me all of a sudden! Don't you know that's rude!? Oh, um, sorry for blowing up like that. It's fine, it's not like I'm in a hurry to go anywhere or anything. What do you want? Stop staring at my face! Wh-what? Normal people would've left by now, yelling something at me, you're weird. What are you standing there for!? Say something to me, you got that!?" She said.

She walked away, I'll try talking to her another day.

I decided to go to Soccer Practice.

Once practice was over, Kou walked up to us.

"Wow, basketball practice finished before soccer today? It's a miracle!" Kou said.

"You're playing like a fat kid with asthma, and you're letting guys drive right past you." One of the teammates said to Daisuke.

"Don't worry, when I play for real, I'll be fine." Daisuke replied.

"Yeah well, when I play for real, I'm a freakin juggernaut!"

"You have to play seriously dude." Kou said to Daisuke. "If you're not going to play for real at practice, why are you playing at all?"

"Kou? What's that supposed to mean?" Daisuke asked.

"You think I don't know?" Kou asked.

"H-Hey you guys, lighten up."

"Go on Kou, say it! What do you mean?" Daisuke asked.

The air is tense, you could cut it with a chainsaw.

"Why don't you ask yourself?" Kou asked.

"Hey, what the hell's going on here?" A varsity player asked. "Daisuke, sprint over to the gym and give me 20 sets of burpees!"

Daisuke began to walk off, and a female student walked onto the field.

"Hey, are you okay?" She asked.

"Kinda." He said.

"Um, maybe next time you're free-"

"Daisuke! You just earned yourself five more sets!"

"Sorry, was it my fault?"

"No, I needed the practice anyway." Daisuke said.

"Okay, I'll see you later then."

Daisuke went to go do his punishment.

"Sorry about putting a damper on everybody's mood.  Yu, Y/n, we need to talk. It's about him, I have to do some family stuff today, though, would next time be okay?" He asked.

"Anything for you guys." Yu said.

"Thanks." Kou said.

"Daisuke really likes you guys. I do too, you're the only guys I can trust to talk about him with." Kou said.

I can feel Kou's trust in us.

We finished up practice and headed home for the day.

At the Amagi in, at 6 (ish).

"How did I let you talk me into this?" I asked.

"It's not that bad, put your legs into it." He said.

"You understand that if I put too my pain into my knee I run the risk of going berserk, or you know, DYING." I said.
