The cat ( K. Haerin x M! Reader ) part 1

Y/n's pov-

"Everyone meet your new dance teacher." The staff said.

I bowed at 5 girls and introduced myself.

"Hello everyone my name is Jang Y/n. It's nice to meet you."

They bowed and introduced themselves.

They were honestly really pretty and I heard that they are super talented.

"Alright we will leave it to you Mr. Jang." The staff said and bowed to leave.

I bowed back and we all stood there in silence.

"Umm do you guys wanna start?" I asked them.

"Yeahh!!"

"Sure!"

"Okk!!"

They all said.

I grabbed the iPad to play the music. They were in positions and I played the music.

They started dancing and I payed attention to their dancing.

I was watching until something looked off. I reached for the iPad on the ground and paused the music.

"Haerin-a, can you repeat that step again?" I asked her.

"Which one?" She replied.

"The "eoneusae yeoleum jina ga-eul gidalyeossji all this time" part" I told her.

She nodded and I played the music for her to do it again.

She did the move and it still looked a bit off. I paused the song and looked back at what she did.

"When you move it looks stiff and not flowing." I stated.

She nodded and I played the music again.

I could tell she was thinking really hard about what I said.

She started to dance.

"It's better than before but you need more movement to it." I said.

She seemed confused so I stood up and stand right next to her to demonstrate.

"Your body has to flow with the melody." I said while demonstrating.

She watched as I showed her.

Ohh came out of her mouth. She nodded and I went back to sit down.

"Hanni-ssi can you show her how you do it?" I asked her.

She nodded and showed Haerin.

Haerin watched carefully again and looked like she's got it.

"You got it?" I asked Haerin.

"Yes Mr. Jang-nim" She said.

I chuckled at her. "You guys can call me Y/n. It makes me sound old if you call me Mr." I told them.

"Sorry to asked but, how old are you Y/n-ssi?" Danielle asked.

"I'm an 04." I responded.

They gasped and looked at each other.

"What month?" Minji asked.

"August ." I replied.

Minji and Hanni gasped and looked at each other.

Bro what's with the gasping. "I'm older than you." Minji said.

I looked at her with wide eyes.

"Really?!!" I said.

She nodded.

We stopped talking later and continued practicing for about another 1-2 hours.

-(Time skip)-

"Good job everyone, you guys can go now!" I told them.

"Thank you!!" They all said while bowing.

I grabbed my stuff and headed out.

I walked to the elevator and took it down to the parking lot.

I got in my car and drove to my house. The sky was dark and it was raining kinda hard.

You could barely see the road and I drove carefully, trying not to get in an accident.

I eventually arrived home safe. I parked on my driveway and got out of the car to grab my stuff.

As I run in the rain, I quickly close the trunk of my car and ran to the door until I saw a box.

I was confused and took it inside.

The box was light and a bit hallowed. What if theres something in it?

I didn't shake it and sat it down on my counter. I observed the box and it didn't say an address.

I grabbed scissors and opened the box.

There was a grey cat in it.

Or a kitten?

It looked young and small to me. I observed the cat to see if it had a tag.

Unfortunately it didn't. "Did your owner leave you?" I asked the cat even though I knew it would answer.

It just meowed at me. I picked it up and observed it even more.

It is very clean and it didn't look like it was sick or anything. Just abandoned.

Suddenly the front door opened.

"Oh Y/n you're home?" My sister said.

"Yeah I came back from work. How was yours Wonyoung?" I asked her.

"I didn't know you were occupied but it was ok today." She responded.

She looked at me then to the cat.

"You bought a cat?" She asked.

"No, it was at the front door." I replied.

Wonyoung and I are twins, and some people don't know that.

She took off her shoes and sat down next to me.

The cat looked at me then her. Then it suddenly jumped out of my hand and went back inside the box.

That's weird. Maybe it doesn't like us. I stood up and walked to the box.

When I was about to pick the cat up again, I saw a note.

I picked it up and read it out loud.

"Here's a free cat. She's still young and roams around in the neighborhood a lot. If you want to keep her you have to know whenever she leaves the house for awhile, she will come back home another day or sooner. Anyways the cats name is Eumseong Yojeong or Yojeong for short. You don't have to worry about taking care of it, it takes care of itself. Thank you."

"Sooo they just left you with a free cat?" Wonyoung said.

"Yep I guess so." I responded.

I sighed and picked up the cat and laid of the floor.

I mean it's really cute but I don't know if I have the time to take care of a cat.

"Eumseong Yojeong? That's an interesting name. If you translate it to English it's voice fairy." I said.

The more I looked at Yojeong the more cuter she gets.

I groaned and sat back up. "Are you keeping the cat?" Wonyoung asked.

"I guess so." I replied.

Wonyoung giggled and walked towards me and Yojeong.

"Hey can you do me a favor to go grab cat related items from the store?" I asked her.

"Sure." She replied and stood up to leave the house.

I was left alone with a cat. Her eyes looked so familiar.
