I want to be as beautiful as the ocean
As peaceful as the mountains.
I want to be as free as the wind
As strong as the fire.
I want to find the love in me
As birds find it in the trees.
I want to find the trust in me
As flowers find it in the seasons.
I want to find the courage in me
As animals find it in the wild.
I want to fight for me
And for my hope and dreams.
I want to believe
Everything will be okay someday.
I want to write my memories in poems
And sing my feelings in songs.
I want to live a life that is mine.
That's all I ever wanted.
