Plastic seas and burning trees
Pollution deeds and nuclear deals
Underpaid workers and hard labour
Industries and politicians are now neighbours.Plenty people fighting over a piece of land
Killing each other, but pretending to be the lamb
Animals and slaves are now the same
They're begging for help, but no one really cares. We are just like everybody else
Yet, we act like we're different from the rest.
History repeats herself
Yet, we always put her in the shelf
And forget everything about her.
Time won't heal what reason can't now 'causeThe world is crying
But we are too selfish to notice it.
The world is burning
But here we are, too late to see it.
The world is dying
And so will we, too blind to realise it.
