PARAKRAM SAF

The morning drills had come to an end, today being a Saturday there were only morning drills. The cadets had completed their drills and were proceeding to the mess for breakfast. The trainers had already left owing to the meeting they had with Batra sir.

'Monu tujhe kya hua?' Sid asked Monami as he saw her playing with her food.

'Patah nahi Sid kuch ajeeb sa lag raha hai.' Monami said turning towards Sid her face somber.

'Kya hua Monu ? Teri tabiyat toh theek hai na.' He asked worriedly checking her forehead to see if he had any fever.

'Haa Sid, meri tabiyat theek hai par aesa lag raha hai jaise kuch hone wala hai. Something bad.' Monami spoke earnestly to Sid about the dread that had pooled in her stomach since she had woken up.

'Monu shayad tu over think kar rahi hai, everything is fine bro Karan bro wapas aagaye hai, woh Rawat is in custody saare problems sort ho chuke hai so just chill Monu.' Sid said while kissing her forehead to calm her down.

'Haa Sid, I guess you are right I, probably just overthinking.' Monami said brushing off those unnecessary thoughts from her mind.

'Chal ab apna breakfast kar shaanti se, agar tune breakfast nahi kiya na toh Karan bro mujse nahi chodenge.' Sid said jokingly.

'Haa bro kar rahi hu breakfast.' She said chuckling at Sid and they both turned to have their breakfast.

MONAMI AND SANJANA'S ROOM

Monami was arranging her clothes in the wardrobe and turned around hurriedly when she clashed into something rather someone.

'Ouch.' Monami whined while rubbing her nose.

'Kaha dhyaan hota hai aapka Rani Saheba?' Karan said while holding Monami by her shoulders and guiding her towards the bed, making her sit down and handing her water.

Monami drank the water and gave the glass back to Karan who kept it on the table, 'What do you mean by mera dhyaan kaha hota hai, mujhe thodi patah tha ki tum mere peeche ho.' she shot at him.

Karan sighed in disbelief, 'Achha sorry, zyada lagi toh nahi na tumhe?' He asked checking her nose while kneeling in front of her.

'Nahi zyaada kuch nahi bas woh sudden jerk ke wajah se naak mai laga.' Monami said reassuringly. 'Waise tum yaha ya kar rahe ho?'

'Kyu mai apne fiance se milne nahi aa sakta?' Karan asked looking at her with raised eyebrows.

'Nahi nahi mera fiance kaha mera fiance hai woh toh part time fiance hai mera.' Monami said while rolling her eyes with a pout.

'Waisa aapka part time fiance aaj pura dinn aapka full time fiance hoga.' Karan said while taking Monami's hands in his and looking into her eyes.

'Sacchi !! Tum mazak toh nahi kar rahe ho na?' Monami asked excitedly while holding Karan's hand tightly her facing lighting up with a 440 vold smile.

'Ji haa hum bahar jaa rahe puri Shergill family, Bhaiya keh rahe the itne dinno baad sab kuch theek hua hai toh kyu na sab ek saath bahar jaaye. Maine toh haa keh diya tumhaare behalf pai, par kya tum aana pasand karogi ?' Karan asked her with an expression as if she would shout at him.
