It was morning, and Emma woke up in Andrew's arms, as she always used to. They had stayed on the sofa the previous night. She got up quietly so as not to wake him up and went to the roof to breathe in the fresh morning air. She was distracted, thinking about the strange turn her life had taken. She couldn't process her emotions; she was feeling happy, angry, confused, and hurt all at the same time. She didn't know whether to be happy that he was back or to be angry and sad that he had left her and hidden the fact that he was alive from her. Her thoughts were interrupted when Andrew hugged her from behind and rested his head on her shoulder.
Andrew: Are you okay?
She turned to him and hugged him.

Emma: I don't know! I don't know what I should do or feel! Should I be happy or angry? I feel like my world has collapsed again after I had managed to rebuild it.
He broke the hug and looked at her. He didn't know how to console or justify the fact that his parents had known.
Andrew: Maybe he did it all for you! That doesn't mean that I agree with the plan he made, but sometimes we do things to protect our loved ones, without thinking about whether it's good or not or the consequences. Our need to protect them blinds us, and we just need to protect them at all costs. So, I think you should try to understand him a little, given that you broke his heart with your words yesterday.
Emma: What about my heart then? Isn't this also injustice for me?
Andrew: You're right! I'm just saying you should try to understand him a little, and then do whatever you want. I'm always with you, no matter what choices you make.

Emma nodded and hugged him again. They separated after a while.
Andrew: Come on, let me make breakfast, and then we'll go back to the house, okay?
Emma: Okay!
Andrew made breakfast, and they ate and cleaned up before leaving. They were silent in the car until Andrew spoke up.
Andrew: Do you want to go anywhere before we go home?
Emma: No, I'll wait until the date you promised to take me on. Don't think I forgot about that!
Andrew laughed.
Andrew: Don't worry, I haven't forgotten either.
They laughed and held each other's hands until they reached home. When they entered, they found their family sitting in the living room. Sia ran to Emma and hugged her.

Sia: Emma, honey, are you okay?
Emma: I'm fine. Did he leave?
Noah: No, Emma. He went with Danny to rent a house. He decided to stay here for a while.
Emma: I wish he wouldn't bother himself. It won't make any difference anyway.
Olivia was a little confused but decided to ask Emma anyway. She didn't know that Emma didn't know about their knowledge yet.
Olivia: Emma, you're not mad at us, right?
Emma: Why?
Olivia: I mean, we hid from...
Andrew: Olivia!
Emma looked at Andrew, then at Sia and Noah.
Emma: Did you know about this? Did you hide it from me?
Sia: Emma, we were forced to. I swear!

Emma turned to Andrew, disappointed.
Emma: And you?
Noah: Andrew didn't know anything until your father came, Emma. Your father told him everything.
Emma didn't respond because the doorbell rang. Adam and Danny entered, and Adam approached Emma to hug her. But she didn't reciprocate.
Adam: Emma! Look, honey, I know you're angry, but I'll make it up to you. I rented a house here, so let's go together like we did in the old days and live together. I'm sure you missed those days.
Emma looked at him and his extended hand. Then she turned to Andrew, who had a worried expression on his face. Sia was already crying; she didn't want Emma to leave. Noah and Olivia felt the same way; they were used to Emma's presence. Emma turned to look at her father again.

Emma: I don't want to come. I want to stay here. I can't change houses again. I finally managed to feel comfortable and sleep in a home other than our own, so I don't want to change it again.
Emma said and left for her room. Adam was about to follow her, but Danny stopped him.
Danny: Leave her, Mr. Adam. Let her get used to being here first. They are her aunt and cousins, and of course, Mr. Noah. They won't hurt her.
Adam: I know.
Noah: What about the danger, Adam?
Adam: I've found that my daughter is more important, Noah.
Sia laughed sarcastically and went to Emma's room. She knocked on the door and entered. Emma was lying on the bed, but she adjusted herself when Sia entered. Sia sat next to her and held her hand.
