[ Cassidy's point of view ]

Ramdam ko ang mabigat na mata na nakatitig sakin matapos kong ihiwalay ang labi ko sa labi ni Hayden. Si Hayden ay may kaunting gulat na tingin sa mga mata bago napangiti ng tila makabawi siya.

"Honey.." bulong rin niya sa akin, humawak siya sa bewang ko bago kami humarap sa mga kausap niya. Hindi ko maiwasan makaramdam ng hiya dahil ngayon ko lang napansin na hindi lang pala si Alessandro ang ka-meeting niya.

Sa likod nilang dalawa ay nakatayo ang tatlo pang mga lalaki na medyo may mga edad na.

"Is that Lady Demelza Evans from Evans family in England?" sabi ng isang medyo may edad na lalaki habang nakangiti sa amin.

"Yes, this is Demelza and she's my fiancee." you could hear the pride in Hayden's voice as he introduced me to them.

I offered my hand to the three men in front of me "I'm Demelza, it's a pleasure to meet all of you." and then I smiled. 

Napatango tango ang tatlong business man na 'to sa harapan ko matapos nilang tanggapin ang kamay ko "She's a very nice lady huh, you two make a good pair. We're looking forward to your wedding."

"Of course, Demelza and I will going to invite you. After all, I'm so proud that I will get married to a woman like her." Hayden looked at me softly before he fixed the strand of my hair that tried to cover my face.

"You're beautiful, honey." mahina niyang bulong, ngumiti naman ako sa kanya bago nagpasalamat. Humarap naman si Hayden kay Alessandro, ang mga mata naman namin ng lalaking yun ay mabilis nag tagpo.

Alessandro is emotionless that's why I don't have any idea what he was thinking "Demelza, I'm sure you know him? He's the Eldest young master of the Chavilire family. He is Alessandro Chavilire." I know Hayden knows that I already knew Alessandro, he only said this to pay respect to the Eldest young master of the Chavilires. Although deep inside I know this man does not deserve that respect.

Alessandro didn't say a word, he just stood there and did not bother to response to Hayden's words.

Still cocky huh?

"Yes, everyone's knows him. I'm Demelza Evans, Mr. Chavilire." and I offered my hand to him. Alessandro look at it before he smirk and extended his hand to accept my handshake.

Hindi ko naman maiwasan na makaramdam ng paso ng tanggapin niya ang kamay ko. Naramdaman ko rin na humigpit ang hawak niya roon tila ayaw ng pakawalan pa.

Napahinga ako nang malalim nang bitawan niya rin yun agad. Akala ko ay gagawa pa ng eksena ang lalaking ito.

Matapos nun ay bumalik na si Hayden sa pakikipag usap sa tatlo. Iniwas ko na rin ang aking mata sa walang kwentang lalaki na nakapwesto sa kanan ko.

Hayden mentioned to them what kind of achievements I got in my life but I know almost half of them were achievements of the real Demelza. Parang ang tumugma lang sa achievement na nakuha ko ay ang pagiging sikat at magaling kong interior designer.

But on the other hand, I'm not thinking about how proud Hayden is as he talked about me rather, my whole attention is on Alessandro who is not speaking until now. Even though he doesn't say anything, I can feel his heavy aura and dangerous gaze at me.
