Chapter 2 - Detective Xavier's New Recruits

XAVIER PATCHETT: *Sighs* it's been so long since Captain Brian Ellis has Returned from his post back at the GraveYard of Witches House. With him and many brave people risking their lives, while to only come back with news of them missing, it's not good for us at the command center trying to stop the crimes and mercenary groups all at once. Captain McKenna Brown has told me that she has received a Transfer Rookie from a city called Downport across the Tri-State area. Her name is Rukia Akiyama, Captain Brown has told me she lacks experience but she could be a big help now that I got Chris on board of coming here to L.I.P.D .

LUKA: Lieutenant Patchett... Sir are you okay? You have been rambling about the "GraveYard of Witches" case for so long I can hear you through your office!

XAVIER PATCHETT: Oh hey there corporal... didn't see you there sorry... you think these new recruits we are getting soon going to help out at all around here? I mean one is my unemployed good friend and another is well I don't know about her yet, Captain Brown Recommended Her though... they're both rookies with little to no investigation experience.

LUKA: You're Right Lieutenant ever since Squad A with Captain Brian have gone missing the L.I.P.D. command center has been Empty... I guess that's what happens when you have 75% of our protocol out on patrol for crimes and investigating smaller cases while us 25% are her watching over the Command Center. But if you want me to be honest NO I DON'T THINK TWO EXTRA ROOKIES WILL HELP AT ALL!! *He Yells*

*LOUD KNOCKING*

XAVIER PATCHETT: Come In.

JUNI: Hey Mr. Patchett theres a Young woman outside of the Command Center by who she identifies as Rukia Akiyama she's here to see you.

XAVIER PATCHETT: Tell Mr. Rodriguez to let her in She's With us Now.

JUNI (ON RADIO): Let Her in Laike she's Non-Hostile.

LAIKE RODRIGUEZ: Copy That Juni. Alright Come on in. *opens the gate*

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Thank you Sir. *walks into the Command Center* So this is my new home? Pretty empty to say the least...

JUNI: Hey there! you must be Rukia! my name is Juni The receptionist here at L.I.P.D Investigation Force the Lieutenant will see you now.

(NARRATOR): Juni Walks our New Recruit Rukia to Detective Xavier's Office the door now opens.

XAVIER PATCHETT: Well look who it is! the Rookie of the hour! Rukia was it? One of our Captains has talked a lot about you this past week.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Oh Right you are talking about Captain McKenna Brown! W-Wow I didn't know I was so thought highly here I mean. I haven't even had my first job yet Sir.

XAVIER PATCHETT: Well then you'll be perfect for your Job then Rukia... Coporal.

LUKA: Yes Lieutenant?

XAVIER PATCHETT: Show her around the command center get her situated in her new desk and assign her her locker here are the keys *tosses the keys to Luka*

LUKA: You got it! Come on Rukia I'll show you around.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Thank you Lieutenant it was a pleasure meeting you.

XAVIER PATCHETT: Likewise Rukia now go get situated I'll call you and your partner soon for an investigation Job.

NARRATOR: *Luka and Rukia Leave The Worried Lieutenant's Office* and time Skips an hour Later to Christopher Arriving at the L.I.P.D. Investigation Force Command Center Building.
