Chapter 4 - The Case of the Missing Investigators

NARRATOR: We Return To Christopher and Rukia's Journey to DarkWood For the Graveyard of Witches House Case to find the missing Investigators Alongside Captain Brian Ellis.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: So Rukia I guess we should take the time to know each other since well you know we are partners now... and it's like we can't convince Detective Xavier to get us new partners. So looks like we are stuck with each other wether we like it or not.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Why would I talk to you you've been nothing but rude to me this entire time. Great first impression you showed genius!

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Well you make a fair point Partner!

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Ughh... don't do that Christopher that was cringeworthy...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Why did you even Transfer to L.I.P.D. in the first place?

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Well as you already know I'm fresh out of graduating from DownPort University in Criminology my Graduation is coming up soon... my captain at D.P.I.C or Down Port Investigation Center said the Command center over there was full of new rookies of the graduating class of 2023 so she gave me the opportunity and told me "you should venture off somewhere off on to the next neighboring city of Lincoln" which is of course where you and I are the new Rookies of L.I.P.D or Lincoln Investigation Police Department. So she called your Captain and well I was on my way.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: I see that's very interesting that you ended up working with me at the very least...

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Yeah I guess but I don't really care since you're rude anyway take a turn here we should be about 5 minutes away from the location since we just past the DarkWood Sign.

NARRATOR: Christopher and Rukia Now Enter DarkWood where Everything looks Gloomy and dull barely any signs of civilization...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Hey Rukia Let's Stop here at this Local Gas Station real quick since we are already close to the Location.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: What for? We are already so close you know?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Need to take a leak...

RUKIA AKIYAMA: oh gross just say you need to use the Restroom facilities... so unprofessional!

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Do you want to stay in here or do you want to come inside and get something? Water or snacks?

RUKIA AKIYAMA: I am fine thank you very much Christopher NOT!

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Alrighty then geez I'll be back always be free to radio me if you need help or if you are in trouble okay? *proceeds to enter to the run-down shady gas station*

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Okay Fine *sighs* well at least he wasn't too terrible on the drive here.

NARRATOR: Christopher enters into the Gas Station And meets the Store Clerk.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Hello Good Afternoon Sir Don't mind me I'll be passing by to the restroom do you know where it is?

STORE CLERK: In ThE BAcK *in a very slur like tone*

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Okay thanks.... *proceeds to head towards the back to the bathroom*

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *proceeds to do his business* whew there we go that's so much better. *hears a noise*

What was that? hello? Anyone else in here? *the light proceeds to turn off* What the fuck? What happened to the lights? *grabs his flashlight and turns the flashlight on* okay this isn't very good *hears a moaning noise in one of the stalls* what is that... it doesn't sound normal... excuse me I know this may be in invasion of privacy but I'm going to head in there damn it doesn't smell pretty that's for sure. *Opens the Door* What the FUCK...

NARRATOR: Christopher is met with a deceased L.I.P.D. officer with the badge on the floor with his eyes glowing a crimson dark red while blood is gurgling from the orifices of his body while his body twitches in lifelessness.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *whispers in fear* WHAT THE FUCK *proceeds to grab radio but is interrupted* *BANG* *BANG* *the door opens and the clerk enters but it's not the same clerk we saw earlier as this time the clerk's eyes are now a Deep Red and starts to lunge at Christopher*

AHHHHHH WHAT ARE YOU?

RUKIA AKIYAMA: *hears the scream from Christopher* Christopher?! oh... he's probably trying to prank me...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: GET OFF ME YOU BASTARD *gets gun in time and shoots the clerk in head the clerk dies with a unnatural noise coming out eerily and turns into a mist of nothingness* WHAT WAS THAT? that was not human... what so ever I have to tell Rukia! *proceeds to run out of the store and into the Car*

RUKIA AKIYAMA: *hears the gunshot* Christopher?!

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Christopher I heard you scream and a Gunshot! are you okay? *looks worried*

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: WE NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE NOW! *proceeds to step on it* HANG ON!

RUKIA AKIYAMA: But the mission!

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *stops abruptly* FUCK THE MISSION I SAW A DEAD OFFICER IN an L.I.P.D Uniform! *Looks back to reverse* OH I THINK WE CAN'T GO BACK! LOOK!

NARRATOR: From the gunshot a swarm of characters from the street behind them start pointing at them and proceeds to walk towards them and then like the Clerk start rushing towards the Two Rookies!

RUKIA AKIYAMA: CHRISTOPHER GO!

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: oh... RIGHT! *the pedal is floored to the max*

NARRATOR: Looks like the Fun finally begins for these two! Will they survive? If this is only the outskirts of DarkWood? Imagine what follows deeper into the Graveyard of Witches house...
