Chapter 6 - The Graveyard of Witches

NARRATOR: After the scare of the local DarkWood Gas Station Christopher and Rukia keep going forward deeper into the middle of DarkWood almost arriving to the location of the GraveYard Of Witches Case.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: H-Hey Rukia can I tell you something? I need to address something to you.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Yes? What is it Christopher?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: I'm sorry for the way how I've been acting this whole time you see that whole jerk macho facade was just me being insecure of being seen as weak...

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Christopher? Are you okay?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *starts to tear up while gripping the wheel* look I saw a dead body Rukia... I've never seen a dead body brutally spa-zing out and covered in blood... I also had to shoot someone and this is just our first day together... like do you think we are going to survive this Job together?

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Christopher Listen to me Look first of all thank you... for apologizing I've just never thought you were this vulnerable with yourself I mean to a point I understand shooting someone and killing them even if they weren't human anymore can take a toll on you mentally. but listen again let's work as a team... we are partners now you regained my respect after I got to know that you're not just a jerk who thinks I'm nothing but a clumsy screw-up.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *wiping his tears* thank you... I really needed that reassurance when you get to know my good side I'm nothing like I was when you first met me... but look we are here. There it is the house....

NARRATOR: The House is covered in a murky fog with some dead grass despite it being the afternoon the clouded area makes it dark and gloomy. Chris and Rukia proceed to park on the dirt driveway.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Okay We made it to Marked location let's call The Command Center *picks up car radio* 10-23 we have arrived at the scene Rookie and Blossom have made it to the location I repeat do you copy Dragon?

NARRATOR: static noise insures that nobody picking up it begins to worry both rookies.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: There's no Reponse... do you think something bad happened?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: I'm not sure... but question what did you just say the numbers for?

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Oh you mean the 10-23? It's police code for saying we arrived at the location of the case.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: I forget that you were top of your university in the criminology class... so I guess you know all your police codes... only one I know is the 10-4 signaling an "Okay" response. Well Rukia let's get out I don't think anyone is going to respond they're out probably for lunch.

RUKIA AKIYAMA: Okay... you're right maybe I shouldn't be a worry wuss... it's just better to be safe then sorry remember we are on our toes now because of the gas station incident... it's awful... those poor things were they once people?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: I don't know Rukia all we can do is find out the answers while we are here and also find the captain and his squad. This sure is a spooky place...

RUKIA AKIYAMA: So Christopher I have a question...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Oh yeah? What did you have in mind Rukia?

RUKIA AKIYAMA: It said on your registration file that you're of Mexican-American decent right? So do you know what Cementerio de las brujas mean?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: it means "The Graveyard of Witches" basically maybe that gives us a hint that this place could be potentially haunted I mean there's a grave yard around this place tombstones hug this place entirely, but I'm not entirely sure anyway let's investigate...
