Chapter 10 - Seperated

NARRATOR: We Continue On to Christopher and Brian falling down 3 floors below even the basement... as the monster is seen limping away into a dark cave as Brian is still on the floor unconscious and Christopher has injured his arm cut from the debris...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *is grunting in pain as he touches his upper arm he exhales a deep breath as his arm is searing in pain and bleeding so Chris finds adhesive bandages to wrap on his upper arm from his utility belt* f-fuck *coughs* where the fuck am I? *gets up to stand and sees Brian unconscious on the ground* that monster broke my fall... I hope Brian is okay.... *shakes Brian* BRIAN! please wake up... it's me Chris I've come here to rescue you...

NARRATOR: Brian groans in pain but gets up with a few bruises and a torn trench coat

BRIAN ELLIS: C-Chris is that you? Y-you made it... where's the other person you were with? Rukia was it?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: We got separated... you were unconscious man... do you remember what happened?

BRIAN ELLIS: No I don't... where are we? I've never seen this place before...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: it seems to be an underground path... or walkway *turns on flashlight with a gun out* I guess we should stay sharp...

BRIAN ELLIS: don't worry about me when we fell the monster was directly below me so my fall was broken completely *takes flashlight and gun out* Wait Chris Your upper arm...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: don't worry Brian I wrapped it and bandaged it up it hurt like a mother fucker but I stopped the bleeding for now.... We may need to put something to stop the blood with an gauze if it keeps bleeding but right now it ain't bad the cut wasn't life threatening or deep.

BRIAN ELLIS: Good now stay behind me I've been through too much shit doing this job so I know my way around this house just not this area... guess that's happens when you are here about a week lost my water supply yesterday so we may need to find a spring or any sustainable drinking water so I don't die of dehydration...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Do you know If any of your squad is alive Brian?

BRIAN ELLIS: one of my squad members died in a gas station about 5 miles south I could tell because of this *vital radar turns on Brian's radio screen* this little screen right here has vital signs of my other squad members as you can see one is flatlined but two others are fine but they're are missing we got separated in this house the moment we got here...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: It would've been nice to know their location as well then we could find them and have more man power I mean they are elite investigators I'm just a rookie...

BRIAN ELLIS: Well my friend so far you've done more fighting then some corporals that I know so don't judge yourself too hard... at least you're still alive there's always that's man...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: wait shh... *hears whimpering* do you hear that?

BRIAN ELLIS: *points the light towards the monsters tentacles* it's still here that damn monster...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: how big is this thing? *looks at the tentacles in awe* that's disgusting... I've seen too much hentai to know where this is going...

BRIAN ELLIS: focus bud we gotta follow this tentacle trail I guess... then we could try and kill this son of a bitch...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES... Brian look... these old markings in the wall it says "She Gave us life" or "She ended our suffering" what do you think this means?

BRIAN ELLIS: I don't know... sounds like a cult to me... it's very odd

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: well this is where this first passage ends there's a passage here to the right side as the left has been blocked off let's go through there Brian

BRIAN ELLIS: *hears the growling of the monster* you heard that right? We must be close... stay close and have your gun at the ready Chris.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: Okay Brian I'm right behind you ready to roll if things get bad...

NARRATOR: As the new Duo Chris and Brian move on the underground passageways while seeing odd messages they make it to an open cave with the monster growling in place and snarling at both of them looking like it's ready to attack.

BRIAN ELLIS: there it is... *they both hear the roar from the monster echo the underground cave* listen Chris on my mark we gotta shoot the bastard are you ready?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: I'm ready when you are... *while in fear but is standing ground and points the gun at the monster*

BRIAN ELLIS: 3....2....1.... *they both shoot* *but as they shoot the monster lunges on the ceiling of the cave and is roaring at them moving fast* CHRIS get onto that rock for cover *dives behind a boulder*

NARRATOR: the monster jumps back down roaring as Chris and Brian are both on seperate rocks shooting at the monster they land a few hits and the monster winces in pain.

BRIAN ELLIS: good good... we hit it for sure! It's bleeding... Chris wait for my signal again only this time I want you to shoot this... *grabs a frag grenade* now on the count of three I will pull the pin throw this and you shoot it while it's close to the monster okay?

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: BRIAN? you EXPECT ME TO HIT A SMALL GRENADE IN THE DARK?

BRIAN ELLIS: *checks his utility belt and takes out a flare* I know we are not in a deserted island but for this occasion we will need this... it should light the whole cave! Ready? *lights the flare and throws it near the monster and pulls the pin* NOW!

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *waits for the right time then shoots a bullet it hits the grenade successfully blowing the monster with massive damage but it still crawls very slowly* finish it off Brian!

BRIAN ELLIS: got it! *shoots the last few bullets* and the monster then winces and falls with an awful gargling sound coming from it* there it's dead...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: this looks way more scary then the specters... *analyzes the monster before it starts to disintegrate Into ash* but yet... it dies like a specter...

BRIAN ELLIS: Specters? You mean the Black Ghosts? I suppose Specters sounds more appropriate.

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: You know Brian The House... the graveyard of witches... it belonged to the Himura Family Rukia and I found out there is more to this place then Meets the Eye... *shows Brian the Diary* you're going to want to take a look at this...

BRIAN ELLIS: *hears Chris explaining the Diary and his head perks up about the Himura Industries Reasearch Facility* That placed closed down many years ago... I wonder if it's still be operated but we don't know where... *keeps walking in the cave*

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: *flashes the walls only to find another message saying* The Devil is our Savior" I don't like this... one bit when they mention the Devil Brian they're talking about Hirohito's Daughter Akane... she was compatible with the devil serum causing her to grow horns and spikes and causing her to be aggressive and save her from her illness but the cost of her former self...

NARRATOR: After Walking for a while Chris and Brian find a Ladder and climb it when they get out they are located in a swampy Village that seems to be very empty with no signs of life whatsoever...

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: What is this place? It's infested with bugs and the water is murky for sure... definitely not suitable for human consumption...

BRIAN ELLIS: we may need to find a spring tap or a well... for clean water since this village looks old... the shelters here all look like shacks... *looks around and finds a bridge to another area of the village*

CHRISTOPHER CERVANTES: I hope Rukia is Okay... wherever you are I will find you again... my Partner...

NARRATOR: Chris and Brian discover a Village way beyond the House will they discover any secrets alongside the journey? Only time will tell...
