I knew from the beginning that the happy ending would only be possible if Elijah were to separate himself fully from Klaus. These last few weeks I began to toy with the idea of Klaus dying and honestly am satisfied with it.
There were a lot of ups and downs with this story. A lot of things I liked about it and a lot of things I didn't. Evangeliya was received in a similar manner, many liked her and many didn't. Everything made it interesting to write despite how difficult this semester has been, making it harder for me to finish this story sooner. Though, I think it ended better than I could have made it if I'd completed it earlier.
Thank you to everyone who stuck with me as I tried my best to make this story have a happy ending. Thank you to everyone who gave feedback, I love hearing what you all have to say and seeing you all interact with my characters!
