"I can't believe you actually chased the fake axe-man with his friend's chainsaw-"

Laughing my heart out about that little incident that just took place in the haunted house, Blake and I had another 7 minutes to spare. "Oh you know what they say... 'Never bring a knife to a swordfight'." I quote. "Unless it's concealed." He adds, as if familiar with that random saying.

"So, now what?" I ask, completely coming to a stop, wanting to spend some more time with him, but not waste that time convincing him to stay. Though I don't know him much, I do know that not having him, or even his sister around for a change... It just won't be the same again.

I guess they just have a really strong presence that way. Strong enough to leave an impact, and not necessarily in a negative way. "Well, you did mention something about the Ferris, right?" He reminds. "Yeah, but the queue." I shrug, pointing ahead.

"Come with me." He simply grabs my hand with his icy one, running ahead, dragging me along with him. "What are you doing?" I ask him, confused when we ducked behind a random corner, only a few meters away from the fence of the ride.

He just shushes me.

A minute later, when some people finally began getting off, he rushes to the fence, still ducking in order to not be caught. And when the ride was nearly full, and just two slots remained, he swiftly snuck into one, pulling me into it as well.

Since the people in-charge were way too busy, and kinda stoned too, they hardly noticed anything. "Hey, what are those two doing there?" A couple waiting for their turn notice us, but before they could arouse some more suspicion, up we went.

"Holy shit- That was amazing!" I chuckle, truly enjoying the day. Right from the creepy ass house of mirror which made my ass seem bigger than it was, and my forehead narrower, to the goofy ahh haunted house, out of which we were both kicked for attempted murder...

The day just couldn't get any better.

Blake also made Thing, the hand, steal some cotton candy for me, because Lucas and gang were stalking that area, and to me, that was one of the sweetest things ever. Especially since it was coming from the self-proclaimed 'king of darkness' himself.

However, I did notice something a little off about him too.

Every time we came across a game or a stall that required a steady grasped, he either completely avoided it, or failed miserably. His hands just wouldn't stop shaking. At first I thought it was because of how cold he was, but then I realized that it was something more than that.

Unsteady hands are pretty common, cuz like, not everyone's a surgeon after all, right?

But his were just abnormal, to say the least. And I wouldn't have even given any of this so much thought normally, but the way he always, well, hid his hands or just disguised the shakiness... It couldn't help but arouse a little curiosity.

The higher and higher we got, the more uneasy I felt. Not because of the height, and most definitely not because of the petty crime we had just committed. But because I was aware we didn't have much time anymore. I don't usually get attached to people, so it's a strange feeling.

But I guess it's nothing that a little time can't heal, right?

"Woah, it's beautiful..." I marvel at the neon lights from up here, as we continued moving up. "Indeed. That graveyard looks so peaceful." Blake agrees, but staring off into a completely different direction. I couldn't help but laugh a little to myself.

He was just so... peculiar.

"So this is it then, hmm?" I sigh once we finally make it to the top. Everything goes quiet, and all is dark now. The music dies, and the lights go off, and nothing but silence is heard. "What's going on?" I wonder aloud, looking around, confused why we weren't moving again.

But before anything else could happen, my question was answered by the boom of fireworks. The sky was now filled with them. Bright colored fiery flowers blooming in the dark, night sky. It was so... ethereal. Almost felt unrealistic.

"Now that's what I call a fitting goodbye." Blake mumbles casually, staring up into the sky, his void, onyx eyes now blooming with colors. "Never thought I'd say this, but I'll miss your soulless dead eyes piercing into mine." I admit, making him look at me, a little puzzled.

"And having an actual, worthy opponent to fence with." I add. "Oh, and a botany nerd to cheat off of." I expose myself, making him raise his brows at me. "To sum it all up, I'll miss you, Blake." I sigh. "A lot." I frown, crossing my arms, trying to resist the things he made me feel.

He just stared back at me, not really acknowledging anything I said. Did I say too much? Made a fool outta myself? "I-I'm sorry. You're probably not used to this, and I always tend to make things awkward--" I start rambling, only to be cut off by him, or rather his lips.

Smashing his lips into mine without any warning, my body froze for a second due to the astonishment, before finally melting into his arms, kissing him back passionately. His lips were locked with mine, slowly deepening the kiss as his arms rested on my waist.

My hands ran through his fluffy, raven locks, tugging at them slightly here and there.

Moving in closer to him, I eventually landed on his lap, legs parted and I sat on top of him, without breaking the kiss. His hands trailed up my waist now, one hand placed on my waist, and the other running through my hair as he pulled me in closer.

Letting out a small groan, my horny ass body had taken charge of my mind now, so I had no idea whatsoever, about what I was doing. But before things could go any further, if they would do so anyway, the wheel started moving again, startling us two.

Breathing heavily, gasping for air, my forehead rested against the boy's, my position not changing until we had finally made it down. Flustered and nervous, we quickly got off as if nothing had happened. Barely two minutes were up, when we finally found Wednesday.

She and Tyler were at the back, waiting by his car as she tapped her foot impatiently, waiting for her brother to join. "You're late." She states once they both reunite, and I just looked around awkwardly, trying to not think about what just happened.

"Sorry, I was uh, stuck at the Ferris Wheel."
