"So tell me."

He says laying back on the grass watching the sky with me as I'm sat next to him.

"How is it you are this old now and you don't know how to properly grasp and use your magic?"

I sigh in annoyance at his constant teasing that I don't know as much magic as him and how I should by now.

We've been meeting each other here in the field repeatedly.

Well..he kept coming back. I always come here. Way before he did.

I didn't think I'd see him again after the second day he didn't come back.

Or the day after.

Then after about a week, he came again. And being the mischievous boy he is, he didn't hesitate to show up as the tiger yet again.

"Seriously?" I said with my face contorted a bit as he growled at me. "Come on!"

He stoped the growling and licked me before turning back to his Asgardian form.

He chuckled and just sat down.

After that day he came every other day. Sometimes it would take him a couple of days to show up again and other times he'd show up right after the last day.

Now it's just not a surprise when I see him.

"You do realize not everyone has the privilege of being trained? Especially not at this age.."

I feel his watchful stares as I look ahead on the field.

"You're quite right," he says catching me off guard.

"I beg your pardon?" I ask trying to shield my smirk.

"Please..don't make me regret saying it."

"Alright," I say turning away.

"Just be grateful of my presence," he says pipping up.

I turn to him bewilderedly.

He's looking up still, laid back on the grass and for a second his eyes peak towards me with a growing smirk.

"Ohhh..if I could use my powers properly.." I say threateningly.

He starts to laugh.

I go on, regardless, to tell him the truth about why I haven't learned properly.

"Well, my aunt doesn't think I need to be learning magic at such a young age," I tell him, turning his way to see his puzzled look.

"Really?"

I just nod.

"What about your parents?" He asks.

I wasn't ever sure how to tell people about them so I would just spit it out.

"Oh...my parents died a long time ago around the time I was born when the last war against the frost giants was fought."

I don't hear him say anything which isn't surprising considering that's how most people respond.

"Apparently my aunt told me my mother was very powerful so that's been a big motivation to keep practicing my magic."
