Chapter 6: Meeting a fellow military

We last left off at Jaune and TF 141 going to the Bullhead docks to meet up with Ironwood, and the Atlas Specialists.

Jaune: Alright, when they arrive, I'm doing the talking.

Soap: Whatever you say Cap.

Timeskip.

We see a Bullhead with an Atlas logo on it in the distance.

Jaune: Alright, stay quiet.

As the Bullhead docks, the door opens up to reveal Ironwood, Winter, and the Ace-Ops.

Ironwood walks up to 141 with the Specialists following behind.

Ironwood: Mr. Arc.

Jaune: It's Price now. I haven't been called Arc in 20 years.

Ironwood: It was surprising to hear that you were alive.

Jaune: Yes, a portal taking you to another world can create some confusion.

Winter: A portal?

Jaune: We'll explain in Ozpin's office.

Jaune then turns over to Gaz.

Jaune: Gaz.

Gaz: Yes sir.

Jaune: Check on the Marines, knowing them, they're either trying to kill each other by now or is beating the living shit out of the kids.

Gaz: Yes sir.

As Gaz leaves Winter looks a Jaune with a little look of disgust.

Winter: Must you use such vile language?

Jaune: I say what's necessary.

Soap: Captain, we should get going.

Jaune: Right. Thanks for reminding me Soap.

Clover: Soap? What kind of person is called Soap?

Soap: A man who's earned his name.

Clover: Ok then... I guess.

Ironwood: We should be leaving.

Jaune: Right. Let's go.

As they are walking to Ozpin's office, Ironwood asks a question.

Ironwood: Mr. Price.

Jaune: What is it?

Ironwood: You said Marines. Does that mean there is more of you.

Jaune: Right, I have 2 squads here with us, guarding and assisting.

Ironwood: How many men would that be?

Jaune: Well, including every soldier which means, Me, 141 and the rest of the Marines. I would say a Platoon's worth.

Ironwood: So up to 18 men at least?

Jaune: Yes.

Timeskip.

Ozpin: Ah James, nice to see you all again.

Ironwood: You too Ozpin.

Ozpin: I must ask, why have you brought the Specialists?

Ironwood: Well, I've found a White Fang base in Vale, and I want the Specialists to work with these soldiers.

Jaune: Hm, I guess that would work.

The elevator doors open to reveal Gaz.

Gaz: I'm back Captain.

Jaune: Anything to report?

Gaz: Well... something happened to 4-1's spotter scope.

Jaune: What happened?
