Sometimes they felt overwhelmed by it.
The tears, the never ending tears.
They never stopped coming, even if they left for a while, they would be hiding behind a corner. Waiting for any opportunity to come back.
A harshly spoken word.
A sleepless night.
A failed task.
A song, too painful to listen to.
They would be back without a warning. Overwhelming their victim who had long since grown used to their presence.
The world won't stop for anyone.
Someone might wait for you, to catch you in your fall. Keeping you save from all harm, ensuring the overwhelming feelings aren't enough to make fall down.
And never stand up.
