Chapter 40: Tommy finds out

Y/n's Pov:

I cuddled up to my pillow as I slept. But I heard breathing and soon realized that I wasn't cuddling up to my pillow, but to XD. I jumped and wanted to escape but he was already prepared. He kept his arms around, signaling that he wasn't done with me yet. I sighed and I gave up. His presence brought some comfort but it creeped me out at the same time. I mean- come on Y/n, this guy kidnapped you, almost killed your friend, haunted your dreams. I was lost in thought as I layed on him, my head on his chest.

But I still couldn't be mad at him. He loved me and as much as I tried to ignore it, I loved him too, he loves me for me and made it really obvious. "Why did you choose me XD?" I asked, lost in thought. He looked down at me and smiled, "𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕕𝕠 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕞𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕓𝕪 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥?" "Why did you decide to date me, there is thousands of other beautiful people out there that you could have dated yet you chose me. I want to know why." He sighed and kissed the top of my head. "𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕟𝕠𝕓𝕠𝕕𝕪 𝕠𝕦𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕒𝕤 𝕓𝕖𝕒𝕦𝕥𝕚𝕗𝕦𝕝 𝕒𝕤 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕝. 𝕐𝕠𝕦 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕠𝕟𝕖 𝕨𝕙𝕠 𝕨𝕒𝕤 𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕞𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕀 𝕛𝕦𝕤𝕥 𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨 𝕚𝕥. My blood ran cold. Is it because I was kind that i'm in this situation? What if I had just ignored him, what if I never fell into that pond.

He would have never met me, and none of this would have happened. I would have just carried on with my life, dated Dream, and finish the war.

I chewed on my nail, at the same time, I would have never met Wilbur or Tommy or anyone. I would have never known what was going on and at least I had someone loyal who would take care of me.

"𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥?" XD asked as he noticed me biting my nails, a bad habit I developed when I was thinking or when I was nervous. "Nothing..." I knew it was impossible go lie at this point. He smiled, "ℂ𝕠𝕞𝕖 𝕠𝕟 𝕟𝕠𝕨 𝕐/𝕟, 𝕕𝕠𝕟'𝕥 𝕝𝕚𝕖 𝕥𝕠 𝕞𝕖." I glared at him, I felt so weak and submissive when I was around him. "Who says I have to tell." I said as I attempted to push away from him, but he refused to let me go. "XD I have to go check up on Wilbur-" he glared at me.

"𝕐/𝕟, 𝕀 𝕕𝕠𝕟'𝕥 𝕘𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝕥𝕨𝕠 𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕥𝕤 𝕒𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕘𝕦𝕪. ℍ𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕕𝕚𝕖 𝕚𝕟 𝕒 𝕙𝕠𝕝𝕖 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕀 𝕔𝕒𝕣𝕖. 𝕀'𝕝𝕝 𝕝𝕖𝕥 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕘𝕠 𝕚𝕗 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕥𝕖𝕝𝕝 𝕞𝕖 𝕨𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕒𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥." I sighed and looked him in the eye. "I was thinking about what life would be like if I never met you. Honestly, more good things happened but not all cause of you. In fact, more bad things happened because of you then bad. Now will you let me go already?" I spat, attempting to get away. He was silent, allowing me to go. "𝕐/𝕟." I looked back at him. "𝕋𝕒𝕝𝕜 𝕥𝕠 𝕞𝕖 𝕝𝕚𝕜𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕀 𝕞𝕒𝕪 𝕟𝕖𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕠 𝕘𝕖𝕥 𝕞𝕪 𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕤 𝕕𝕚𝕣𝕥𝕪."

I shivered as I turned a corner, running right into someone. I would have sprawled backwards if they didn't catch me. I looked up to see Tommy who had a dark look on his face. My eye widened and he took my hand and dragged me down the cavern. We took a few turns before he turned around and let go of my hand. "How long has he been like that to you Y/n?" He asked, giving me one of his rair serious faces.

I held my shoulder and looked away. "Quite awhile, it's just getting worse," I said. He sighed and patted me on the back. "You need to keep your distance from him." He said, looking at me. "Trust me, I would if I could. But he is just around every corner." I sighed walking towards the main cavern, Tommy right behind me.

I entered the cavern where they kept Wilbur and saw him laying on a flat rock. His breath was stable and his limbs were looking okay. I sighed in relief and walked over to my ender chest to grab another one of my health potions. To my suprise, there were no potions in there. I could have sworn I brewed over 20 of them-

XD. He probably sabatoged me to keep Wilbur in rough condition. I glared at the chest and closed it, turning to leave. "What happened?" I looked to Wilbur, who was awake and looking at me with curiosity. I frowned, "XD took all of my health potions, so i'm going to the nether to make more. He looked alarmed by this, "I can come-" I laughed at this. "Absolutly not, your the paitent, I'm the doctor. I will get this stuff, and don't even think about walking in your condition, it will just make it worse." I instructed as I left the room. Tommy was right outside again, "Can you keep a eye on him? Makw sure he dosn't do anything rash." I said as I grabbed Eclipse off of a item frame near the exit. "Don't boss me around Woman!" Tommy exclaimed from the entryway. "Oh should I ask Techno to do it? I though I could trust a big strong man like Tommyinnit." I said, making a fake sad face. His eye lit up, "What do you mean? Tommyinnit can guard a person like no other!" I smiled. "Get to work than," He smiled and darted into the cave, classic manipulation.

I opened the door we covered in dirt to keep us secret and set out for L'man- or AHEM excuse me, Manberg.
