Chapter 59: The disapperance

Tommy's pov:

My eyes were dry when I woke up. I let out a yawn and sat up in my bed. I usually had first shift for guard duty. I was gonna do it with Y/n too so thats even better. I've wanted to talk to her about what happened when she was shot with that firework.

I put on my red and white shirt, jeans, bandanna, and tennis shoes and walked to Y/n's room. I knocked three times and when I heard nobody moving I smirked. It was rare when Y/n missed her alarm. I suddenly opened her door very loudly and yelled. "WAKE UP WOMANNNN-" my thoughts were cut short when she wasn't there. As a matter of fact, her room was a fuckin mess. Clothes and random items littering the floor and a bunch of letters on her bed. This was odd since we weren't supposed to leave without a buddy. "Y/n?" I called. No reply.

I gotta baaad feeling about this.

I walked over to her bed. The letters had all of our names on it. My eyes spotted my name and I picked up the letter and opened it.

Dear Tommy,

I know you and the others may hate me for this but I don't want to be in this war. I consider those in Manberg as my own people and I refuse to go to war against my friends.

I have left Pogtopia and am currently heading back to Technoblades cabin. Do not tell any of the others where I'm going, especially Wilbur or he will come after me and probably be pissed off at me.

You are one of the most important people in my life and knowing that we have to go this bullshit again. I can't bear to watch the people I love getting hurt or killed. This decision is a temporary one, I'm only staying there until I know what I want to do with myself in this conflict.

Please remember that I care so much about you, your the closest friend I have and I won't be able to bear it if you get hurt in this war.

I have left Eclipse with you, the enchantments are way better than your sword and it would bring me peace if you took it with you in the war. Its under my bed.

I couldn't understand what I was reading. I felt... tears...? Going down my face. She wasn't here. She abandoned us. I felt a lump in my throat as I held the letter to my heart. This war was a big deal for me and knowing the most important person in my life wasn't going to be beside me.

I looked under the bed and found Eclipse glimmering purple in her sheath. At least she cared about me...

I attached lunar to my belt and ran down the halls, yelling. "EVERYONE WAKE UP!!! WE GOT A PROBLEM!!!! WAKE UPPP!!!" I yelled. Wilbur was the first one up, looking groggy and still in his beanie. "Tommy what the fuck is wrong...?" Wilbur mumbled, annoyed. I took his hand immediately and ran to Y/n's room. He stopped dead in his tracks when he saw the state of her room. I handed him the letter she left behind for him and stayed silent as he opened it.

"She betrayed us...?" He was so confused, betrayed, hurt, and probably more. "I don't think betrayal is what she was going for..." I mumbled, my grip on her sword tightening. "Y/n wouldn't betray us-" "OH SHIT THE FUCK UP TOMMY." He yelled, giving me a dangerous look. "Erit betrayed us, and it happened again!" He said, crumbling the letter and throwing it in the crackling fireplace.

I watched as the words she wrote burned to pieces. "She was gone yesterday too, she refused to tell me where she was. Theres no way it was a coincidence. Does she know about the rail to the greater smp?!" He yelled. -Guilt rang through my body. Technically she wasn't supposed to know about it but I told her anyways. "Yeah..." i mumbled. -He swore under her breath- "Did her letter to you tell where she went?" He growled. "Nope" i lied, feeling the letter in my back pocket.  He let out a huff as he turned to leave. "I don't want to be bothered for the next few hours." He growled, slamming the door behind him, making me jump. I haven't seen him this pissed since we were exiled from Manberg.

Y/n you better know what your doing....
