Chapter 46: Prep for the Festival

Y/n's pov:

-The next day-

"Y/n?"

I groggily opened my eyes to Niki opening my door. "It's time to get ready for the festival.." She said, I got out of bed as she set a cup of tea on my nightstand. "Thank you!" I said, smiling wide. "O-of course!" She said, looking behind her. Awwww she was blushing~ I smiled and she scurried out of the room. I walked over to my bags and pulled out the beautiful red dress I tried on yesterday and put it on. The color theme of the festival was red so I would blend in perfectly with all of the red suits and exquisite dresses.

I walked out with my red dress/suit and Niki was waiting for me with her beautiful dress with her golden necklace. "Oh my gosh, you look amazing!" She exclaimed, circling around me in excitement. "Yeah, you look gorgeous!" I said. Her face powdered pink and grinned at me. "We are around three hours until it begins, what do you want to do?" I asked, looking out the window. "I would suggest a walk but we can't spoil our dresses for the others." She said, joining my gaze out the window.

"Hey, do you want some pink lemonade?" She asked, I looked up and smiled. "That would be amazing, thanks Niki." She smiled, "Of course, I'm so glad to have you here Y/n." She walked back into the kitchen.

-Niki's Pov-

I cannot believe she is back here, in my house. I grinned widely and held my cheeks because they hurt so much from smiling. Y/n was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life. I have had a crush on her since I met her. I can't tell her though, it would put too much pressure on her, especially with Dream and DreamXD after her. I felt someone behind me, someone grabbed my shoulder and I was not in my kitchen. It looked like a void. "ℕ𝕚𝕜𝕚 ℕ𝕚𝕙𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕦, 𝕒𝕘𝕖 21, 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕚𝕟 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙 𝕐/𝕟 𝕒𝕣𝕖𝕟'𝕥 𝕪𝕠𝕦." I whirled around to see DreamXD staring at me in the face. I had never been so terrified in my life. "What are you talking about, me and Y/n are best friends, aren't you her boyfriend?" I could feel my smile falter. I sighed and held my hands up next to my head carefreely, "Alright alright, what do you need from me then." I could feel him glaring at me.
