Y/n's mom was listening to her as she shared about her day with Jungwon and Jaehyun. She smiled and said, "It sounds like you had a great time."

Y/n nodded, "Yeah, it was really fun. Jaehyun had a blast, and I think Jungwon enjoyed it, too."

Her mom looked at her with concern, "But how is he doing? Is he opening up to you?"

Y/n sighed, "Not really. He still wears his hoodies and masks all the time, and he doesn't talk much. But he's not pushing me away either. I think he appreciates having someone who's willing to listen."

Her mom nodded, "Well, that's a good start. Just keep being there for him, Y/n. Sometimes, it takes time for people to open up, especially if they've been through something difficult."

Y/n nodded, "I know. I just wish there was more I could do to help him."

Her mom put a hand on her shoulder, "You're doing all you can, Y/n. Just keep being a good friend to him, and maybe one day, he'll feel comfortable enough to open up to you."

As Y/n stepped into the warm shower, she let out a sigh of relief. It had been a long day at the amusement park, and the water was a welcome respite from the heat. She closed her eyes and let the water wash over her, trying to wash away the stress of the day.

As she washed her hair, her mind wandered back to Jungwon. She couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more going on with him. He seemed to be struggling with something deep and personal, something that he wasn't ready to share yet.

Y/n couldn't help but wonder what could be causing Jungwon so much pain. She wanted to help him, but she didn't know how. She felt frustrated and helpless, wishing there was something she could do to ease his burden.

Lost in her thoughts, Y/n didn't realize how long she had been in the shower until the water turned cold. She quickly turned off the tap and stepped out, wrapping herself in a towel.

As she dried herself off, she made a decision. She was going to find a way to help Jungwon, no matter what it took. She didn't know what the future held, but she was determined to be there for him every step of the way.

Y/n dried off and slipped into her comfy pajamas before grabbing her phone and texting Kyujin and Eunchae about her day with Jungwon and Jaehyun at the amusement park.

"Hey guys! I had the best day today! Jungwon finally opened up to me a little bit, and Jaehyun had so much fun, too! How was your day?"

As she waited for their responses, Y/n scrolled through social media, feeling content and happy after spending time with her friends and Jungwon. She couldn't help but feel proud of herself for helping Jungwon open up a little bit, even though he still wore his hoodies and masks.

A notification dinged, and Y/n saw that Kyujin had responded first. "Aww, that's so great, Y/n! I'm glad Jungwon is opening up to you. My day was pretty boring, just studying for exams. How about you, Eunchae?"

Y/n smiled at Kyujin's response and waited for Eunchae's reply. She was curious to see how her friend's day went.

After a few minutes, Eunchae finally replied. "My day was alright. I just hung out with my family. But that's awesome, Y/n! I'm so happy that Jungwon is slowly opening up to you. You're doing an amazing job!"

Y/n felt her cheeks flush with pride and happiness as she read Eunchae's message. She knew that helping Jungwon wouldn't be easy, but with the support of her friends, she felt confident that they could make a difference in his life.

As she lay in bed, Y/n couldn't help but feel excited for what the future held for their social anxiety club and for Jungwon. She closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep, dreaming of all the good things to come.

Y/n groaned as her little brother, Jaehyun, jumped up and down on her bed, clearly excited about something. She rubbed the sleep out of her eyes and sat up, a bit disoriented.

"What's going on, Jaehyun?" Y/n asked, trying to stifle a yawn.

"It's Sunday! Let's do something fun today!" Jaehyun exclaimed, his eyes shining with excitement.

Y/n smiled at her little brother's enthusiasm. "Alright, what do you have in mind?"

Jaehyun's face lit up. "Can we go to the zoo? I want to see the lions and tigers!"

Y/n chuckled. "Sure, we can go to the zoo. Let me just get dressed first."

Jaehyun nodded eagerly and ran out of the room to get ready. Y/n got dressed and grabbed her phone before heading downstairs to the kitchen to make breakfast. She texted Kyujin and Eunchae to see if they wanted to join them at the zoo.

As she cooked, Y/n thought about the day ahead. She couldn't help but wonder if Jungwon would be there too. She hadn't seen him since their last outing at the amusement park. Y/n knew that she couldn't force him to open up, but she couldn't help but worry about him.

Shaking off her thoughts, Y/n focused on making breakfast for her and Jaehyun. She smiled as she watched him devour his pancakes with a huge grin on his face. She was grateful for moments like these, where everything felt simple and happy.

After breakfast, Y/n and Jaehyun got ready to head out to the zoo. She grabbed a bag with snacks and water bottles, and they headed out to meet Kyujin and Eunchae. Y/n hoped that today would be a fun and lighthearted day, but she couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing.

~ At the zoo ~

As they walked through the zoo, Y/n noticed that Jaehyun was a bit quiet and not as excited as he was earlier that morning. She realized that he was probably missing Jungwon's presence.

"Hey, Jaehyun, why don't we take a break and get some ice cream?" Y/n suggested, hoping to lift his spirits.

Jaehyun perked up at the mention of ice cream and nodded eagerly. As they walked towards the ice cream stand, Y/n noticed that Kyujin and Eunchae were deep in conversation.

"Hey, what's up?" Y/n asked, curious.

"Oh, we were just talking about how we could help Jungwon open up more," Eunchae replied.

Y/n nodded, "Yeah, I've been thinking about that too. I feel like there's something more going on with him."

Kyujin sighed, "I wish he would just tell us what's bothering him. It's like he's carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders."

Y/n nodded in agreement, "But we can't force him to tell us. All we can do is be there for him and let him know that we care."

As they finished their ice cream and continued walking through the zoo, Y/n couldn't help but feel a sense of longing for Jungwon's presence, too. She missed his quiet but comforting presence and hoped that he would open up to them soon.

As they walked home from the zoo, Y/n, Kyujin, Eunchae, and Jaehyun chatted about the animals they saw and their favorite exhibits. Jaehyun was still a little bit disappointed that Jungwon couldn't come, but he had fun nonetheless.

Y/n couldn't help but feel a bit guilty that Jungwon wasn't there with them. She wondered if he would have enjoyed the zoo or if it would have been too overwhelming for him.

As they approached Y/n's house, Jaehyun started talking excitedly about wanting to go to the arcade next weekend. Kyujin and Eunchae agreed that it sounded like a great idea.

Y/n smiled, happy to see Jaehyun so excited. She thought about inviting Jungwon, too, but she didn't want to push him too much. Maybe one day he would feel comfortable enough to join them on outings like this.

Once they arrived at Y/n's house, Kyujin and Eunchae said their goodbyes and headed home. Y/n and Jaehyun went inside, and Y/n's mom greeted them warmly. They all sat down for dinner, and Y/n couldn't help but feel grateful for the amazing friends and family she had in her life.
