I just never understood why people break you down before you can even get yourself back up, Why be rude to someone that has helped you go through so much just to talk about you behind your back like you aren't even there.
That's where you are now, looking at the back of JJ Maybank hearing all the ugly stuff that he is telling people behind your back as you hear them yourself.
" Yeah she is just there, you can never make her go away even if you scream it in her face. She just won't get the hint." JJ says as he takes a sip of him beer that you just gave him. " I'm just with her because I feel bad for her you know?" JJ says once again forgetting that you are also at this party and can hear everything that he is saying.
" JJ I wouldn't say that if I were you." John B said coming up to him as he makes eye contact with you from the kitchen that you were in.
" Why? It's not like she can hear me anyways." JJ laughs in John B's face. You wanted to say something, anything you wanted to oh so bad. But nothing would come out of your mouth as you just stood there, like you were just glued there with no way out.
" Yeah John B, It's like I can't even hear him." You said as JJ turn's around to be faced with you standing there. JJ's face goes white as snow as he just looks at you, You didn't say anything as you take one last sip on your beer that was in your hand and walk over to JJ.
" Y/n, I didn't mean any of that, You know that." JJ says to cover up the mess that he knew you caught him in, You didn't say anything as you kept on walking over to him he was still saying words but you couldn't hear anything that was coming out of his mouth.
" I take a lot of shit from you JJ, But I think this is the last straw for me." You said tossing your drink at his shirt that he was wearing as everyone around you gasp, but you could have cared less about what was going on around you. The one person you thought cared for you was the one who just tolerate it nothing more.
You walked away from him as he just stood there not knowing what to do next, does he run after you? Does he just stand here and let you walk away from him? Where does he go from here? JJ didn't know what to do but before he could even think he was running after you.
" Y/n!" JJ scream after you as he sees you get in your car that was parked down the drive, He runs up to your car door as you start your car not looking once at him like he wasn't even there. JJ's heart was breaking each moment as he looked at you, he didn't know what made him say all of those things about you but he needed you to know that none of it was true.
He needed you to know that he wants you and you only, " Y/n, please just let me explain." JJ said knocking his fest against your car window just needing you to look at him to let him know just something. You drove off without looking at him, because you knew if you just looked at him once that it was going to be the same like it always was, you couldn't keep on doing that to yourself that's at least what you told yourself as you drove off from him crying your eyes out like there was no tomorrow.
JJ ran after your car but he could only go so far after you.
