Colby had a go pro in his hand but it wasn't recording. We sat in silence waiting for the signal. I picked up a crisp and placed it in my mouth causing a crunch when I bit into it.

"Could you eat any louder?" Colby asked laughing quietly.

"I'm sorry!" I whisper shouted.

I continued to eat them offering Colby a couple which he declined. I finished them and left the packet on the floor next to me.

Me and Colby were awkwardly huddled next to each other with our legs reached up to our chests facing each other.

We were sat in the dark and he popped his head out every few minutes to see if it was clear.

I heard a Shuffle coming from behind the door and looked at Colby with a scared expression.

He placed his finger to his lip as it got closer.

"Yeah it's all clear. This window was open for some reason. The worker must have left it open off earlier." A man said.

I placed my head on my knees as I held my breath. I felt Colby place his hand on top of mine for comfort.

The worker walked away and I let out a small breath of relief.

"That was close." Colby whispered. I nodded, still terrified.

"I don't want to go to jail Colby.." I blurted out.

"You won't. I'll make sure of it." He said still touching my hand.

I looked up at him and smiled. He returned my smile.

Colby turned the go pro on and began recording.

"We have been here for 45 minutes." Colby said quietly.

"It should be fine right?" I asked.

"What do we do?" Colby asks me.

"I mean we haven't heard anyone in a while."

"It's getting dark outside." He said. "I feel like we're okay."

"I feel like we should go out."

"You want to?" He asked. I nodded.

"This is Where i die." He said jokingly.

We waited a few minutes.

"Should we go out the back? We should go out the back." Colby said.

I ran low across the cold floor towards the door.

"Oh okay. She's going for it." He said running after me and recording me.

I crouched down when I reached the door and opened it slowly.

"Oh fuck oh fuck." He said as he crouched behind me.

"Go go." I whispered

"Oh shit. It's crazy."

I looked around to see nobody. I stood up straight and held my arms as it was cold.

"I don't know where elton is?" I asked.

"Yeah me neither."

I began to walk when I heard a whistle. I saw a lifeguard and jumped.

"Oh. Shit. Run." Colby said as he began running. I ran after him but lost my breath and slowed down. The lifeguards caught up to me and I sighed.

"You got me." I said surrendering and holding my hands up.

Colby was still being chased by a lifeguard when he saw me stop. He ran back around and eventually stopped.
