Chapter Seven - Surprise on set

The next morning we were told to dress for summer comfortable so all of us went with shorts trainers and a shirt to cover, that and our hair was tied up. We were told over breakfast our time of set off and arrival including the 45 minute track down to the actual film set. A couple of hours later we get off and made the two and half hour initial drive there and then made our way down to cathedral cove where everyone was waiting for us. I lead everyone and was greeted by the executive producers and along to all the cast and crew. Given a mega phone I addressed everyone

"Hello to the cast and crew of the Prince Caspian. I really hope you don't mind the surprise visit." I began " A couple of days ago I heard that you just happened to be filming scenes, coinciding with my trip. My friends and I simply couldn't pass up this opportunity to come and say hello, have a little look around and see a little of what you amazing people are cooking up this time for such a beloved series. I promise to try and not take up too much of your scheduled filming time." There was a cheer and clap as I handed the mega phone over again. then made my way over to Mr Adamson the director.

"Mr Adamson, it's nice to see you again." I shook his head "Apologies for the drop in I simply couldn't resist."

"It's a honour your highness." he bowed his head

"Do you mind terribly if I have a little inside scoop, I promise we won't tell." I laugh as he escorted me around

"We're doing the initial first scene's for the Pevensies arrival back into Narnia. they difference between their time in London and their time here is vastly different and they begin to realise just how much they've missed on."

"It's beautiful out here, very much how I would picture Narnia from your first film. I heard that production was difficult the first time around." I reply

"It was and this possesses its own challenges but it's turning out to be fun. With filming were travelling to several different location each has it's own settings for certain places in the film." he nodded answering He showed me a play back fo what they had filmed before we got here

"That's amazing." I say as the three of us watch. I then went on to me the cast that were here which was the Pevensies and Peter Dinklage playing Nikabrick.

"Look at all of you. Wow The Kings and Queens of Narnia. This is so exciting." 

"It is."

"Skander, Anna, Gerogie and... William. It's nice to see you again Mr Dinklage, might I say your costume is on point." The curtsy and bow I shook their hands again and got to William. I winked at him then shook hands with Peter. "I know filming just started, but how's it back for or joining the series?"

"It's really fun." Georgie giggled and the others laughed

"Have you missed it, I remember you said that your favourite part of the first film was the coming into the snow from the wardrobe. I can only imagine what other wonders you have in store."

"Yeah, we just filmed where we find out where we are and how it was put together, its cool." Skander added

"We've been running about in the sea as well." Georgie told me

"Oh that is the best thing. My brothers are notorious for giving chase when were on holiday. Two against one is not fair at all." I joked We all talked for another ten minutes then i broke off with William before i left.

"Why didn't you tell me?" he wondered

"And miss the look on your face, never." I grin "Besides you've known that I was going here for months, you could have told me, let it slip." I poked his arm

"You said New Zealand not Auckland, New Zealand."

"What about, Guess what I'm going to be in New Zealand as well, I had to find out from one of the school girls. Then have it confirmed and it became a whole thing." I waved my arms about "Little heads up, next time." I knock his shoulder and he knocked it back he then chased me across the beech and caught me by the waist, much to my giggles and protest. Out the corner of my eye i saw that James held back the other guards.

"Your Highness." he cleared his throat and I calmed down looking over at him "I'm afraid it's time to go."

"okay..thank you James." Liam let me down and i turned back to him "Back to work it is." i rested my hand on his chest with a small pout

"And back to school."

"Yes, oh what a drawl." he let go "I will speak with you later, now that you know I'm near by." i walk over to James, Melissa and Betty.

"Bye, Roe."

"Bye Liam." I gave him a wave and then made my goodbyes to the rest of the cast and crew. We then made the trek back up to the car and then the 2 hour drive back to the hotel

"That was amazing!" I breathe

"The set or your darling Liam." Melissa drawled dramatically

"Oh guess he was very cosy with our Briar Rose wasn't he. Bye Roe." Betty dramatised

"Bye Liam." Mel took over then started singing that we were kissing in a tree.

"Shut up!" I scoff and caught James amused expression from the mirror i pointed at him and he glanced away.
